Today the Governor of the State of Illinois issued to the press a statement that the senate and house voted and pressed legislation to release funds for financially ruined CTA. Also within the bill they granted Senior Citizens the right to ride free, when they claim there is no money and they need to increase taxes more and more just to maintain a little money within the alleged statewide deficit But there are still current cuts within the pace system. Impeachment of Judges Under Illinois law, impeachment proceedings generally lie for treason, bribery or other high crime or misdemeanor in office, and the grounds must be causes attaching to the qualifications of a state officer or his performance of his duties, showing that he is not a fit and proper person to hold office. In Illinois, a judge is a state judicial officer. In Illinois, incompetent, corrupt judges can be removed by impeachment. The law covering impeachment of judges is: Illinois Const. Art. 4, § 14. Impeachment The House of Representatives has the sole power to conduct legislative investigations to determine the existence of cause for impeachment and, by the vote of a majority of the members elected, to impeach Executive and Judicial officers. Impeachments shall be tried by the Senate. When sitting for that purpose, Senators shall be upon oath, or affirmation, to do justice according to law. If the Governor is tried, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall preside. No person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two-thirds of the Senators elected. Judgment shall not extend beyond removal from office and disqualification to hold any public office of this State. An impeached officer, whether convicted or acquitted, shall be liable to prosecution, trial, judgment and punishment according to law.

Twenty years ago today, in a federal courtroom in Chicago, a jury found Harold Conn (top center in photo) guilty on all 4 counts of accepting bribes to be passed on to Cook County judges as payment for fixing tickets. The evidence? He had been caught live on FBI tapes. This "bag-man" had been Deputy Traffic Court Clerk in the Cook County judicial system, and he was the first defendant to be found guilty in a mammoth sting investigation of crooked officials in the Cook County courts. It was called OPERATION GREYLORD, named after the curly wigs worn by British judges. And in the end -- through undercover operations that used honest and very courageous judges and lawyers posing as crooked ones... and with the strong assistance of the Cook County court and local police -- 92 officials had been indicted, including 17 judges, 48 lawyers, 8 policemen, 10 deputy sheriffs, 8 court officials, and 1 state legislator. Nearly all were convicted, most of them pleading guilty (just a few are shown in our photo). It was an important first step to cleaning up the administration of justice in Cook County. That's really the whole point. Abuse of the public trust cannot and must not be tolerated. Corrupt practices in government strike at the heart of social order and justice. And that's why the FBI has the ticket on investigations of public corruption as a top priority. How's that happen? Historically, of course, these cases were considered local matters. A county court clerk taking bribes? Let the county handle it. But in the 1970s, state and local officials asked for help. They didn't have the resources to handle such intense cases, and they valued the authority and credibility that outside investigators brought to the table. By 1976, the Department of Justice had created a Public Integrity Section, and the FBI was tasked with the investigations, focusing on major, systemic corruption in the body politic. Who's investigated? Public servants: members of Congress and state legislatures; members of the Administration and governors’ offices; judges and court staffs; all of law enforcement; all government agencies. Plus everyone who works with government and is willing to pay for "special favors": lobbyists, contractors, consultants, lawyers, U.S. businesses in foreign countries, you name it. What kind of crimes? Bribery, kickbacks, and fraud. Vote buying, voter intimidation, impersonation. Political coercion. Racketeering and obstruction of justice. Trafficking of illegal drugs. How serious of a problem is it? Last year the FBI investigated 850 cases; brought in 655 indictments/informations; and got 525 who were either convicted or chose to plead. Last words: Straight from Teddy Roosevelt: "Unless a man is honest we have no right to keep him in public life, it matters not how brilliant his capacity, it hardly matters how great his power of doing good service on certain lines may be... No man who is corrupt, no man who condones corruption in others, can possibly do his duty by the community."

Here is my point, I had nothing to real say about any of the other Presidential hopefuls until what I saw happened within the last week and it's been fueled by going to Washington DC with the ACLU some months back and while there seeing one man in operation, who was heavily involved in attempting to get rid of treason and other action which have been reported via hundreds of former and current government whistleblowers, and others who were outside the government who reported criminal allegations of fraud, corruption and conspiracies which lead to the downing of the Oklahoma City Building, Enron, WTC 9/11, Valerie Plame, and the Iraqi War, all of which were being alleged as conspiracies and for which no one can seemingly do anything about. But Representive Dennis Kucinich a man amongst MICE came out and attempted to get impeachment hearings against President Bush, and Vice President Dick Chenney. No one else did this, they are not interested those within the offices of the Congress and the House not even the current speaker interested even after the people voted them in hoping they would make a difference, but last week they turned (the democrats) their backs of the issue of impeachment against Vice President Chenney again the "mice" run, hide and again have opened up the door to more and more conspiracies because there is a level that they are all allowing to defied Equal Justice.

Because of the action of Representative Dennis Kucinich, took in attempting to get passed "IMPEACHMENT" we the people who know about this corruption need to support Dennis on the floor of the white-house and within calling to the mainstream press to state are views.

No longer can we not be support of "REAL CANDIDATES" who have vested and are risking their lives within the directions of returning equal balance to the Political system.

On the very issue of impeachment not one candidate has spoken out because of fear they will be blackballed and or of something else which turns men into mice. Because they will not handled it, but Representative Dennis Kucinich attempted to and this is more than I can say for any other canidate who is running - lip service needs to go, become MEN AGAIN and support the people and aid Rep. Dennis Kucinich. Again you are using our tax dollars as salaries for yourself and your staff and if you can not do your job as a public serve and hear the outrage and cries from the public you serve ( you are public servants) then if you are amongst the mice then stop lying to America, and the world. Your words are of beauty but your work is not what you promised therefore you have entered into the world of MICE.

I think the Representative Dennis Kucinich would indeed be a good man for President because he seems to have concern about the country and the people within, he is a action man. So where are you on this back him in this impeachment because the people are watching all of you. And speaking for my self I do not like what I see.

As promised, Kucinich requested a floor vote on H.Res. 333, and as
expected, Bush Democrat Leader Steny Hoyer moved to table the bill. And then all hell broke loose as 165 Republicans voted with Kucinich and 85 other brave Democrats to force a debate on impeachment and thereby embarrass Nancy Pelosi.

THE LACK OF BALANCE IN JUSTICE

Today I spoke to someone within Illinois government who was fully aware of the loopholes and blanket areas that law enforcement agencies which are
working off the base of everyone's tax dollars are unable to fix and that is the huge hole on who they will enforce laws against. There are questions of who the law applies to and who they chose as if it were Rome all over again will get justice.

They are racial issues which impact on the Black community which law enforcement refuses to see as issues, and if any one person decided to do a count of the number of cases place within judicial holds and whereby Blacks get greater sentences and worse. The nightmare will not be cleaned up until the Justice system takes a non-bias rule in handling the issue of racism in this Country. This is why I will state a African American Anti-Defamation Defense Organization which will be a membership organization with it's members to oversea and watch the courts, policing policy throughout the country to make sure that there is indeed a equal course of the law for all African Americans.

The Hearing on Draft Rules Governing Judicial Misconduct Complaints

The Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the
United States has released for public comment its Draft Rules Governing Judicial Conduct and
Disability Proceedings under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act (28 U.S.C. §351-364),
which confers upon any person the right to file a complaint against a federal judge. The Draft
Rules aim at implementing the recommendations contained in the Breyer Report issued by the
Judicial Conduct and Disability Act Study Committee, chaired by Justice Stephen Breyer and
appointed by the Late Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Chief Justice Roberts “asked that the
report's recommendations be referred to the appropriate committees of the Judicial Conference for thorough consideration and prompt action.” (see link above) The Draft Rules ensued.

A hearing on the Draft Rules is planned to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday,
September 27, 2007, in the U.S. Courthouse at 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY, tentatively in courtroom 8a South. Your attendance is encouraged in view of the importance of determining whether the only rules for disciplining complained-about federal judges, written and to be applied by their own peers, will work any better than the current ones. Under the latter, the judges took disciplinary action against their peers in only 14 cases out of the 7,462 complaints filed in the 10-year period between October 1996 and September 2006, according to the statistics of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Given that the current rules have been applied so biasedly by federal judges for the
protection of their own, it is no wonder that the judges would not want to draw attention to the
Draft Rules that simply mirror them. Consequently, they announced their release on only one
website and are holding only one single hearing in the whole nation, only from 10:00 a.m. to
mid-afternoon, not at the Supreme Court or where the Judicial Conference holds its two annual
meetings and the Administrative Office sits, i.e. the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary
Building, in Washington, D.C., not even at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New
York City, but rather in a district court courthouse in Brooklyn. As a result, even many members
of the media are unaware of this hearing or its importance. (see announcement in the link above).

Indeed, through the systematic dismissal of judicial misconduct complaints, judges have
misused the mechanism of self-discipline to effectuate in practice the abrogation of a federal
statute and the deprivation of the rights conferred by it upon every person. Having exempted
themselves from any discipline, they have perpetuated another inherently suspicious record: in the 218 years since the adoption of the U.S. Constitution only seven federal judges have been removed from the bench, according to the statistics of the Federal Judicial Center. (see link above) Unchecked judicial power turns into absolute power…has it bred absolute corruption
too?

That question will be discussed after the hearing by Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org at a
press conference where Dr. Richard Cordero, Esq., and other judicial reform advocates will
propose to the media to engage in a Watergate-like Follow the money! investigation to determine whether a federal judgeship has become a safe haven for coordinated judicial wrongdoing. (see proposal in link above)

Media Matters for America Senior Fellow Paul Waldman appeared on the September 26 edition of NBC's Today show to discuss the controversy generated by comments made recently by Fox News host Bill O'Reilly---and documented by Media Matters---following his visit to a Harlem restaurant.


The statements that are being made by O'Reilly serves his community, within they think that blacks have only one opinion and one mine tied into media leaders which many within the Black Community for years complained were appointed by them not us!

In his statement at the restaurant it was alleged that O'Reilly felt that we eat the same way, and can think now for ourselves. Again a stereo type and the sad thing is that he can not and will not see it because he is responding as if Black People are different because of media imposed stereotypes which are created within a vacuum of commercials, entertainment and other things to create which they want blacks to be.....

My father Dan Burley well know writer, managing editor and owner of publications within his spam of 30 years in the media received a letter from the other side of the media on how "THEY WANTED" the Negro imagine to be via publications and television, I have this letter still within my collection.

Logan County prosecutor Brian Abraham said Tuesday that federal officials were investigating whether the six West Virginian suspects, who are white, can be charged with carrying out a hate crime against Megan Williams, who is black.

Bobby Brewster, 24, and his mother, Frankie Brewster, are among the suspects. Abraham said Bobby Brewster and Williams may have been romantically involved.




CNN normally does not reveal sexual assault victims' names. But Williams, who is hospitalized, and her mother, Carmen Williams, wanted her identity revealed.

Police said Bobby Brewster raped Williams, forced her to lick blood and drink from a toilet, and told his mother to kill Williams if she tried to escape.

Authorities previously said Williams was also forced to eat rat and dog feces.....

Lynching became a common lifestyle within the culture of so-called civilized man, whereby a black who acting up was taking to the tree, lynched tar and feathered all as a part of the show contemp and control and another people because the control was involving again those who owned land, businesses and others tied back to royals themselves. The Black man and woman were then and as the wheels turn backwards are becoming servants again to a monster who is within the Universities and Colleges all over the country.

The lack of growth within those who are telling us they are the smartest and most intelligent being on this planet really are turning back time in race relationships.

The recent I state this is when I heard about the WHITE TREE I said, huh to a friend of mine, I could not figure out that they were explaining that some slave minded people at a school felt that it was ok to call a tree White and that where is tree was located only whites could sit in the shade. Well if that was me I would be suing the University for Civil Rights violations because they allowed a WHITE TREE and within doing so opened up the ground work for young racist to come into the school and do exactly what was done which was to get involved in a act of racism which is now a Civil Rights Issue which I hope stays alive because of the issue of race as even left America.

We seek out to make believe that we are not racist but indeed we are with intent and willfully involved in the same nightmares which were in are face over 300 years ago.

And what makes it worse those in this have brainwashed Blacks folks and others to think that the time we are in 2007 is better and we need no civil rights because we can work, dance, play, and act out but again this is the same thing that happened over 300 yrs ago.

IT MUST START AT THE LOCAL LEVEL

Privatized Corruption - What we can do to keep the Constitution!

For one the very local townships, cities and counties within your area are all chartered and has a corporate structure. Within these charters you are a tax payer and a resident can petition with and or without signatures that the boards within your community change the rules and because the local government politicizes seem to go beyond the federal Constitution whereby the courts refuse to air and or aid those who have been violated. Then you can create local charter change whereby you can ask that within your charter of your town, cities and or county that you can establish a local Human Rights Commission which will oversea matters concerning investigation of constitutional abuse and removal of any politician and or government worker who is not upholding the basic rights of the people.

This will include police and other law enforcement who refuse to investigate crimes, there is a very huge issue with abuse to the elder within nursing homes, hospitals, whereby those mandated within they're elected office refuse to investigate the many complains leveled about things of stealing private and personal property of the elderly and then those who are involved in property laundering via illegally conveyance of deeds. It seems that those who have the power investigate will not. Instead they are involved in enforcing and criminalizing the little guy in the community ticketing them and or creating measures of crimes in order to give more and more money into a system which has become embedded with financial waste and fraud.

Look into the system of the CTA in Chicago Illinois whereby they seek to increase fares the most on the backs of the homeless, poor, disabled and then create a issue of those who are just making by charging outrageous amounts of money for traveling on public buses and trains.
I got a report from someone who had information that Illinois Government had over 17 million dollars which is most likely hidden within the general fund which could be used to bail out the CTA system. not to even mention that CTA over spend money on buildings and corporate level employees out of all the money they receive from the state and your pocket from your tax dollars.

Its time that we the people start developing locate panels within the local government charter to have a real say in this. We need local Human Rights Commissions with no government appointees but the citizens themselves watching and removing the corruption.
