STOP HATRED and Racism within the Justice System

The Organization and its role in the Community


The African American Anti-Defamation Defense Organization was created by D’Anne Burley, daughter of famous civil right reporter Dan Burley, and who is currently a radio talk show host forensic journalist, who has seen the government via the law enforcement community use “AS WE SEE FIT” laws to over look corruption and injustice which is spreading across the United States. Please note that we are in a major election for President of the United States of America and this issue must be addressed.


THIS IS ABOUT

BALANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY WITHIN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM

One that lack of responsibility of Law enforcement nationwide as it applies to African Americans across the United States.

Two. The issue of driving while black and the allowance of DUI’s not get temporary license to go back and forth to work while others are forced into criminalization and can loss employment within loopholes within current laws.

Three. Racism within area suburbs and whereby crimes including murders can happened with little impact and or investigation because loopholes within laws and a by chose investigation pattern stated by Illinois government Officials and it seems to be true elsewhere in the US as it relates to the Justice system.


The major issue is that criminal acts reported to law enforcement are not being investigated in the same manner as other races and classes. Hate crimes over the pass decade have had lesser time and or justice applied because of major loopholes within the law and the application of the law which is on a as see fit policy.

Because of this today we can see a growing trend of hate crimes focused on African American’s by everyone and the lack of investigative authority, even though the major tax dollar and revenue in running many of this countries cities and states come of the Black community.

In a very good example of this issue there is a e-mail which was sent to me today about the Jena 6 whereby a hate group organization has placed the names and the address on not only the 6 men but also the names of the activist which included their home address in a website in order to promote more attacks against African Americans in the US.

Because of the lack of law enforcement providing equal justice and investigate to Africa American we are place at great risk from harm from this hate groups. And if indeed it was and attempt on another Race and or nationality there is enforcement and protection.

Today I spoke to the Human rights Commission within the state of Illinois and was informed that they do not have authority to get involved in any issue other than those which impact on the issue of housing and jobs. But again someone does have the authority to investigate hate crimes against those who are jewish and for other countries and in the year 2007 this can not be allowed when we are indeed citizens as well. I need your support and commitment in spreading the word within the communities that this organization is here and that we are seeking the best people out there to help us report violations of due process of the law, and undercover injustice within court hearings and proceedings, We are a new watch dog group which is being back within my media across the world.

Again this is 2007 and those who feel that it is better; it is not its far worse. Each day the headlines are covering more and more Black in the entertainment industry and sports being shutdown within a mainstream media bias in reporting which it seems is being geared and placed in our face to cause a much needed race fight in America.

If indeed this happens it will help and aid this president and those from within his committees to stay in office and enactment of Marshall Law. Please do not be fooled!
We need to address as a whole to have the loopholes within the justice system and if we can do this much of all the nations governmental mess will be clean-up for all Americans Black, Brown, Yellow, and white all of us equally not just for the few.

The Hearing on Draft Rules Governing Judicial Misconduct Complaints

The Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the
United States has released for public comment its Draft Rules Governing Judicial Conduct and Disability Proceedings under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act (28 U.S.C. §351-364), which confers upon any person the right to file a complaint against a federal judge. The Draft Rules aim at implementing the recommendations contained in the Breyer Report issued by the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act Study Committee, chaired by Justice Stephen Breyer and appointed by the Late Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Chief Justice Roberts “asked that the report's recommendations be referred to the appropriate committees of the Judicial Conference for thorough consideration and prompt action.” (see link above) The Draft Rules ensued. A hearing on the Draft Rules is planned to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday,September 27, 2007, in the U.S. Courthouse at 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY, tentatively in courtroom 8a South. Your attendance is encouraged in view of the importance of determining whether the only rules for disciplining complained-about federal judges, written and to be applied by their own peers, will work any better than the current ones. Under the latter, the judges took disciplinary action against their peers in only 14 cases out of the 7,462 complaints filed in the 10-year period between October 1996 and September 2006, according to the statistics of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (reproduced with links to the originals in the link above) Given that the current rules have been applied so biasedly by federal judges for the protection of their own, it is no wonder that the judges would not want to draw attention to the Draft Rules that simply mirror them. Consequently, they announced their release on only one website and are holding only one single hearing in the whole nation, only from 10:00 a.m. to mid-afternoon, not at the Supreme Court or where the Judicial Conference holds its two annual meetings and the Administrative Office sits, i.e. the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, in Washington, D.C., not even at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New v York City, but rather in a district court courthouse in Brooklyn. As a result, even many members of the media are unaware of this hearing or its importance. (see announcement in the link above). Indeed, through the systematic dismissal of judicial misconduct complaints, judges have misused the mechanism of self-discipline to effectuate in practice the abrogation of a federal statute and the deprivation of the rights conferred by it upon every person. Having exempted themselves from any discipline, they have perpetuated another inherently suspicious record: in the218 years since the adoption of the U.S. Constitution only seven federal judges have been removed from the bench, according to the statistics of the Federal Judicial Center. (see link above) Unchecked judicial power turns into absolute power…has it bred absolute corruption too? That question will be discussed after the hearing by Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org at a press conference where Dr. Richard Cordero, Esq., and other judicial reform advocates will propose to the media to engage in a Watergate-like Follow the money!
