Alfred Lambremont Webre, J.D., M.Ed. (b. May 24, 1942 on a U.S. Naval Air Station) is an author, lawyer (member of the District of Columbia Bar), futurist, peace activist, environmental activist, and a space activist who promotes the ban of space weapons. [2][3][4][5] He was a co-architect of the Space Preservation Treaty and the Space Preservation Act that was introduced to the U.S. Congress by Congressman Dennis Kucinich and is endorsed by more than 270 NGO's worldwide. [6][7][8][5] He helped draft the Citizen Hearing in 2000 with Stephen Bassett and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors. Webre is also on the the Board of Advisers at the Exopolitics Institute [7], is the congressional coordinator for The Disclosure Project [9], is a judge on the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal [3], and is the International Director of the Institute for Cooperation in Space.



Sometime later, I read the article by Morgan Reynolds and Rick Rajter "We Have Some Holes in the Plane Stories" which, in an evidence-based manner, raises serious questions about what really hit the WTC buildings. I had already read the heated debates on our UK forum about the so-called "No-planes" issue and I hadn't really studied the evidence before reading the Reynolds/Rajter article, therefore hadn't come to any conclusions other than "well, I find it really hard to believe that big jets didn't hit the WTC!!" I couldn't ignore Morgan Reynolds highly significant credentials, nor those of Rick Rajter – a Materials Science graduate. Also, there were many posts on various forums that were characteristically dismissive, rude and included remarks about the poster's intelligence when the ideas that there were indeed some serious problems with the video evidence for the WTC plane impacts. (The "delayed fireball" of the 2nd impact being, to me, the most obvious, which has nothing to do with interpolated frames, frames rates or video compression artefacts.) Once I had seen this evidence for myself, like understanding that the WTC had undergone explosive demolition, it was so obvious that I was surprised I could have missed it for 3 or more years. However, some people think "the delayed fireball" is perfectly normal and does not break any laws of physics

He served as chief economist for the United States Department of Labor during 2001–2002, George W. Bush's first term. In 2005, he gained public attention as the first prominent government official to publicly claim that 9/11 was an inside job, and is a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth. A number of researchers questioning the official account of 9/11 have expressed concern over Reynolds' theory that commercial jets were not involved in the WTC attacks. Reynolds responded to his critics at his website. Reynolds is the author of Power and Privilege: Labor Unions in America (New York: Universe Books, 1984), a critique of labor unions in the United States. In the book, Reynolds blames labor unions for exacerbating unemployment and inflation. Reynolds is also the author of the book Making America Poorer: The Cost of Labor Law (Washington, DC: Cato Institute, 1987), a book which advocates greatly reducing the level of labor regulation. In the book, Reynolds argues that labor unions have special legal privileges and immunities that ought to be revoked, and that labor unions have generally had a negative economic impact on the United States. Reynolds also offers evidence to support the claim that minimum wage laws exacerbate unemployment. For W.H. Hutt: An Economist For the Long Run (Chicago: Regnery Books, 1986), a festschrift in honor of W.H. Hutt, Reynolds contributed an essay and served as editor. In March 2007, Reynolds filed a Request For Correction (RFC) with NIST citing faulty physics in NIST's computer animations of planes impacting the WTC Twin Towers on 9/11. Reynolds is one of three filers of RFCs to NIST. All three are represented by attorney Jerry Leaphart. NIST is legally obligated to respond within 60 days. [1] [2]



Leuren Moret is an independent scientist who works on radiation and public health issues. She worked for 5 years at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and two years at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Geology at University of California, Davis in 1968, and her Master of Arts in Near Eastern Studies from University of California, Berkeley in 1978. She has been trained on radiation issues by a former Manhattan Project scientist and retired insider at the Livermore Lab who is an expert on radioactive fallout and rainout. Together with Dr. Hari Sharma, they have studied high levels of depleted uranium measured in the tissue samples of 70 residents of Basra, Iraq, who died after the Gulf War from internal exposure to depleted uranium.
Ms. Moret is a critic of the US use of depleted uranium. In 2003, she testified at the International Criminal Tribunal for Afghanistan held in Japan. She was a presenter at the World Depleted Uranium Weapons Conference in Hamburg, Germany, and at the World Court of Women at the World Social Forum in Bombay, India in January 2004. She is a Contributing Editor to GLOBAL OUTLOOK, Environmental Commissioner for City of Berkeley, and a former president of the Association for Women Geoscientists.

by Air Vehicles Directorate AFRL/VA 10/1/2006-WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio --In an effort to investigate the effect of a high-energy laser in air-to-air combat, AFRL is performing a Tactical High-Energy Laser Utility Study (THELUS) in a virtual simulation environment. As a follow-on to a previous test, AFRL scientists performed simulated tests of air-to-air engagement involving two aircraft versus four. For the test effort, six tactically rated pilots divided into two teams: red and blue. To acquire baseline data, the researchers first provided both teams with identical weapons and sensors; they later modified the blue team configuration to include the directed energy weapon (DEW), while the red team retained its conventional weaponry. In order to determine the DEW's effects on the mission, the researchers altered two distinct characteristics of the DEW throughout the test scenarios, changing the maximum sensor range (which determines how far pilots can see with the DEW) and the thermal budget (which determines how long pilots can fire continuously). The testing determined both survivability and mission success under the altered conditions. Pilots using the DEW were able to survive longer despite altered conditions. Furthermore, DEW utilization resulted in a greater probability of at least one pilot surviving the mission. An upcoming test will incorporate variable weather conditions to determine their effects on the DEW. Researchers will use these study results to highlight areas needing additional research and development; results will also assist in guiding future AFRL investment strategies.

She is a member of the Society for Experimental Mechanics (SEM), co-founded SEM’s Biological Systems and Materials Division, and currently serves on the SEM Composite Materials Technical Division. Dr. Wood received her

• B.S. (Civil Engineering, 1981) (Structural Engineering),

• M.S (Engineering Mechanics (Applied Physics), 1983), and

• Ph.D. (Materials Engineering Science, 1992) from the Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Her dissertation involved the development of an experimental method to measure thermal stresses in bimaterial joints. She has taught courses including

• Mechanics of Materials (Strength of Materials)

From 1999 to 2006 Dr. Wood has been an assistant professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. Before moving to Clemson she spent three years as a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics at Virginia Tech. Dr. Wood is currently writing a book with Morgan Reynolds on the physical evidence explaining the events on 9/11. One of Dr. Wood’s research interests is biomimicry, or applying the mechanical structures of biological materials to engineering design using engineering materials. Other recent research has investigated the deformation behavior of materials and structures with complex geometries and complex material properties, such as fiber-reinforced composite materials and biological materials. Dr. Wood is an expert in the use of moiré interferometry, a full-field optical method that is used in stress analysis. Dr. Wood has over 60 technical publications in refereed journals, conference proceedings, and edited monographs and special technical reports. Dr. Wood started to question the events of 9/11 on that same day when what she saw and heard on television was contradictory and appeared to violate the laws of physics. Since that day she has used her knowledge of engineering mechanics to prove that the collapse of the World Trade Center twin towers could not have happened as the American public was told.
