Metatron Click here Metatron is identified with the term "lesser YHVH", which is the Lesser Tetragrammaton, in a Talmudic version as cited by the Karaite scholar Kirkisani. The word 'Metatron' is numerically equivalent to Shaddai (God) in Hebrew gematria; therefore he is said to have a "Name like his Master." Today the Governor of the State of Illinois issued to the press a statement that the senate and house voted and pressed legislation to release funds for financially ruined CTA. The LAW FOR THE STATE OF ILLINOIS ON IMPEACHING A JUDGE

BUT NO ONE CAN USE IT WHY?

Impeachment of Judges Under Illinois law, impeachment proceedings generally lie for treason, bribery or other high crime or misdemeanor in office, and the grounds must be causes attaching to the qualifications of a state officer or his performance of his duties, showing that he is not a fit and proper person to hold office. In Illinois, a judge is a state judicial officer. In Illinois, incompetent, corrupt judges can be removed by impeachment. The law covering impeachment of judges is: Illinois Const. Art. 4, § 14. Impeachment The House of Representatives has the sole power to conduct legislative investigations to determine the existence of cause for impeachment and, by the vote of a majority of the members elected, to impeach Executive and Judicial officers. Impeachments shall be tried by the Senate. When sitting for that purpose, Senators shall be upon oath, or affirmation, to do justice according to law. If the Governor is tried, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall preside. No person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two-thirds of the Senators elected. Judgment shall not extend beyond removal from office and disqualification to hold any public office of this State. An impeached officer, whether convicted or acquitted, shall be liable to prosecution, trial, judgment and punishment according to law.

Illinois is the WE DON'T HANDLE IT STATE

Twenty years ago today, in a federal courtroom in Chicago, a jury found Harold Conn (top center in photo) guilty on all 4 counts of accepting bribes to be passed on to Cook County judges as payment for fixing tickets. The evidence? He had been caught live on FBI tapes. This "bag-man" had been Deputy Traffic Court Clerk in the Cook County judicial system, and he was the first defendant to be found guilty in a mammoth sting investigation of crooked officials in the Cook County courts.

It was called OPERATION GREYLORD, named after the curly wigs worn by British judges. And in the end -- through undercover operations that used honest and very courageous judges and lawyers posing as crooked ones... and with the strong assistance of the Cook County court and local police -- 92 officials had been indicted, including 17 judges, 48 lawyers, 8 policemen, 10 deputy sheriffs, 8 court officials, and 1 state legislator. Nearly all were convicted, most of them pleading guilty (just a few are shown in our photo). It was an important first step to cleaning up the administration of justice in Cook County.

That's really the whole point. Abuse of the public trust cannot and must not be tolerated. Corrupt practices in government strike at the heart of social order and justice. And that's why the FBI has the ticket on investigations of public corruption as a top priority.

How's that happen? Historically, of course, these cases were considered local matters. A county court clerk taking bribes? Let the county handle it. But in the 1970s, state and local officials asked for help. They didn't have the resources to handle such intense cases, and they valued the authority and credibility that outside investigators brought to the table. By 1976, the Department of Justice had created a Public Integrity Section, and the FBI was tasked with the investigations, focusing on major, systemic corruption in the body politic.

Who's investigated? Public servants: members of Congress and state legislatures; members of the Administration and governors’ offices; judges and court staffs; all of law enforcement; all government agencies. Plus everyone who works with government and is willing to pay for "special favors": lobbyists, contractors, consultants, lawyers, U.S. businesses in foreign countries, you name it.

What kind of crimes? Bribery, kickbacks, and fraud. Vote buying, voter intimidation, impersonation. Political coercion. Racketeering and obstruction of justice. Trafficking of illegal drugs.

How serious of a problem is it? Last year the FBI investigated 850 cases; brought in 655 indictments/informations; and got 525 who were either convicted or chose to plead. Last words: Straight from Teddy Roosevelt: "Unless a man is honest we have no right to keep him in public life, it matters not how brilliant his capacity, it hardly matters how great his power of doing good service on certain lines may be... No man who is corrupt, no man who condones corruption in others, can possibly do his duty by the community."

This is just a speck to the thousands of cases within PROBATE COURT AND THE CASES OF THE ELDER BEING HELD AS PRISONER IS NURSING HOMES NOT INVESTIGATED WHY NO MEDIA ?

Here is my point, I had nothing to real say about any of the other Presidential hopefuls until what I saw happened within the last week and it's been fueled by going to Washington DC with the ACLU some months back and while there seeing one man in operation, who was heavily involved in attempting to get rid of treason and other action which have been reported via hundreds of former and current government whistleblowers, and others who were outside the government who reported criminal allegations of fraud, corruption and conspiracies which lead to the downing of the Oklahoma City Building, Enron, WTC 9/11, Valerie Plame, and the Iraqi War, all of which were being alleged as conspiracies and for which no one can seemingly do anything about. But Representive Dennis Kucinich a man amongst MICE came out and attempted to get impeachment hearings against President Bush, and Vice President Dick Chenney. No one else did this, they are not interested those within the offices of the Congress and the House not even the current speaker interested even after the people voted them in hoping they would make a difference, but last week they turned (the democrats) their backs of the issue of impeachment against Vice President Chenney again the "mice" run, hide and again have opened up the door to more and more conspiracies because there is a level that they are all allowing to defied Equal Justice.

Because of the action of Representative Dennis Kucinich, took in attempting to get passed "IMPEACHMENT" we the people who know about this corruption need to support Dennis on the floor of the white-house and within calling to the mainstream press to state are views.

No longer can we not be support of "REAL CANDIDATES" who have vested and are risking their lives within the directions of returning equal balance to the Political system.

On the very issue of impeachment not one candidate has spoken out because of fear they will be blackballed and or of something else which turns men into mice. Because they will not handled it, but Representative Dennis Kucinich attempted to and this is more than I can say for any other canidate who is running - lip service needs to go, become MEN AGAIN and support the people and aid Rep. Dennis Kucinich. Again you are using our tax dollars as salaries for yourself and your staff and if you can not do your job as a public serve and hear the outrage and cries from the public you serve ( you are public servants) then if you are amongst the mice then stop lying to America, and the world. Your words are of beauty but your work is not what you promised therefore you have entered into the world of MICE.

I think the Representative Dennis Kucinich would indeed be a good man for President because he seems to have concern about the country and the people within, he is a action man. So where are you on this back him in this impeachment because the people are watching all of you. And speaking for my self I do not like what I see.

Thanks to Dennis Kucinich, Tuesday was an historic day for impeachment!

As promised, Kucinich requested a floor vote on H.Res. 333, and as
expected, Bush Democrat Leader Steny Hoyer moved to table the bill. And then all hell broke loose as 165 Republicans voted with Kucinich and 85 other brave Democrats to force a debate on impeachment and thereby embarrass Nancy Pelosi.

To block that debate, Hoyer moved to send H.Res. 333 back to the
Judiciary Committee, and that motion passed with the support of all but 5 Democrats (Kucinich, Bob Filner, Marcy Kaptur, Maxine Waters, and Ed Towns). A live blog of the proceedings is posted at

THE LACK OF BALANCE IN JUSTICE

Today I spoke to someone within Illinois government who was fully aware of the loopholes and blanket areas that law enforcement agencies which are
working off the base of everyone's tax dollars are unable to fix and that is the huge hole on who they will enforce laws against. There are questions of who the law applies to and who they chose as if it were Rome all over again will get justice.

They are racial issues which impact on the Black community which law enforcement refuses to see as issues, and if any one person decided to do a count of the number of cases place within judicial holds and whereby Blacks get greater sentences and worse. The nightmare will not be cleaned up until the Justice system takes a non-bias rule in handling the issue of racism in this Country. This is why I will state a African American Anti-Defamation Defense Organization which will be a membership organization with it's members to oversea and watch the courts, policing policy throughout the country to make sure that there is indeed a equal course of the law for all African Americans.

The Hearing on Draft Rules Governing Judicial Misconduct Complaints

The Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the
United States has released for public comment its Draft Rules Governing Judicial Conduct and
Disability Proceedings under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act (28 U.S.C. §351-364),
which confers upon any person the right to file a complaint against a federal judge. The Draft
Rules aim at implementing the recommendations contained in the Breyer Report issued by the
Judicial Conduct and Disability Act Study Committee, chaired by Justice Stephen Breyer and
appointed by the Late Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Chief Justice Roberts “asked that the
report's recommendations be referred to the appropriate committees of the Judicial Conference for thorough consideration and prompt action.” (see link above) The Draft Rules ensued.

A hearing on the Draft Rules is planned to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday,
September 27, 2007, in the U.S. Courthouse at 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY, tentatively in courtroom 8a South. Your attendance is encouraged in view of the importance of determining whether the only rules for disciplining complained-about federal judges, written and to be applied by their own peers, will work any better than the current ones. Under the latter, the judges took disciplinary action against their peers in only 14 cases out of the 7,462 complaints filed in the 10-year period between October 1996 and September 2006, according to the statistics of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Given that the current rules have been applied so biasedly by federal judges for the
protection of their own, it is no wonder that the judges would not want to draw attention to the
Draft Rules that simply mirror them. Consequently, they announced their release on only one
website and are holding only one single hearing in the whole nation, only from 10:00 a.m. to
mid-afternoon, not at the Supreme Court or where the Judicial Conference holds its two annual
meetings and the Administrative Office sits, i.e. the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary
Building, in Washington, D.C., not even at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New
York City, but rather in a district court courthouse in Brooklyn. As a result, even many members
of the media are unaware of this hearing or its importance. (see announcement in the link above).

Indeed, through the systematic dismissal of judicial misconduct complaints, judges have
misused the mechanism of self-discipline to effectuate in practice the abrogation of a federal
statute and the deprivation of the rights conferred by it upon every person. Having exempted
themselves from any discipline, they have perpetuated another inherently suspicious record: in the 218 years since the adoption of the U.S. Constitution only seven federal judges have been removed from the bench, according to the statistics of the Federal Judicial Center. (see link above) Unchecked judicial power turns into absolute power…has it bred absolute corruption
too?

That question will be discussed after the hearing by Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org at a
press conference where Dr. Richard Cordero, Esq., and other judicial reform advocates will
propose to the media to engage in a Watergate-like Follow the money! investigation to determine whether a federal judgeship has become a safe haven for coordinated judicial wrongdoing. (see proposal in link above)

Please note:

There is a document which indicated that there was a problem in the 60's on the streets of America. The problem was the growing number of African Americans who were upset about how they were being treated within the United States and growing number of educated Blacks which posed a threat to those who were involved in KKK and organized hate groups who had included themselves within the government of the United States. It was alleged that those involved in this planned and carried out payment for a war which was already in progress in France within the nation of Vietnam. During this theater of War the United State as it was being alleged my people of color pay France for the Vietnam war and then imposed the draft of Millions of Americans across the United States, for a war which was on the basis of removing the Black problem, which was the same theme of Adolf Hitlers final Solution in dealing with the issue of the Gypsies, Siberians and Jews all a genocide. But in the case of millions of Blacks who served this country in many wars it was a hate crime and genocide for which the United States and those within this conspiracy control and make happened thus killing millions of America's men of color for the purpose of population control.

And this issue is facing Blacks in America again, the growing numbers of created hate crimes which maybe from those inside interested in getting rid of the Black problem again, they know that we Blacks have no rights under the so called codes of justice and freedom it is label for the few, and the prisons are over populated with Blacks because of the under current of those from within directing drugs within the Black Community, and incrimination within any justice and or due process of law.

I am writing to you because they claim to interested in stopping Genocide's but again not one of these organizations have involved themselves in the issue of the Genocide's which is happening on a daily basis within the Black Communities within the United States not to understate the world. But again those crimes overseas are being addressed. So why is it that these very issues are not being looked into nor is there any effort many in returning the constitution to these men and women.

The people of Jewish faith got their day in court can fair judgment after WWII, it was not called a race card, the Chinese who were here also received a money as all others who have been abused, murdered, killed raped and denied civil rights all but the people of color who help build this nation.

Because of living within a war zone are children are effected by this and react to hopelessness, the communities laid within people who harbor post traumatic stress disorders without cures other than the drugs which were placed into the communities by the CIA and other operations all known by this government.

Until this issue is address your agencies need to look into this issue and again this is reason not the issue of slavery but a new type of slavery imposed by those who are using acts of war to finish off races and people who are of the not needed please address this issue now.

The policing agencies across America refuse to investigate crimes on all cases of criminal acts against blacks, and they told me within the state of Illinois that they determine a crime and if its to investigated this includes counterfeiting, the use of clout to shut down Blacks and others who are whistle blowers and then they bankrupt them and harassed until they have nothing there are millions of people out there Black in the instead I shared. Whites who are involved in attempting to keep the constitution alive and others who have seen too much and decided to speak out because the corruption is rotting out this Nation Please help and stop the Olympics from coming to the United States until they investigate and pay African American and all the others they have violated in the act of Genocide.

Today the issue of race can not be redirected covered up hidden and lied about because it is truly in your face. There is a story that should have received more and more coverage that the report of the Jena 6 it is the story of a Black Woman being tortured, beaten, raped by a whole family and forced to eat and drink toilet water and eat feces.

Again this is 2007 and its getting no better but worse. The issue of the fact that a High School knew of a White tree in 2007 and then allowed the tree to be known thoughout the campus is in violations of civil rights and laws which were placed within the acts of the Constituion, and what is more and more disturbing is the fact that there is no just within the system of America for Black in 2007.

Within the case in West Virginia the FBI made statements to the fact they are not going to investigate the case of Megan Williams the young rape and kidnap victim because it can enter the use of the Blacks being afforded the use of playing the Race Card! These are statements someone would hear without movies such as Mississippi Burning and other nightmares blacks had faced.

My father Dan Burley wrote from the nation of Islam the column and then managed and edited the paper Mohammad Speaks, my father was not muslim but in order for it to be allowed in the black then press my father was trusted to be the only one to maintain it within the Black press which was driven by S.B. Fuller the Black Millionaire who owned of operated the Pittsburg Courier.

Indeed they may have taken the ropes off the tree, and got to the students but again in 2007 someone felt that it was a good thing to teach their kids about a white tree on campus of the high school. I was involved in Illinois by the Attorney Generals Office of Lisa Madigan that the report I made to the police, States Attorney's located both in Dupage County and Cook, allong with filing complaints with every type of policing agencies that in the year 2003 until now they will not investigate crimes committed against my family. In one of the many cases someone placed $5,000 IN MY BANK WHICH WAS COUNTERFIET. This is illegal and criminal my bank account was closed, the people involved were in Chicago and New York City. No one investigated a damn thing and kept telling me to go to one agency to another.. Because I was a former Deuput Clerk of a Court System and well versed in Investigation from the training I received by my family and with the help of my good friend Sherman Skolnick who from his wheel chair fought injustice and bought to justice criminal Judges, and others over his many years within Chicago, I was able to locate the criminals without the help of the policing agencies. Then I hand delivered this evidence and information to all including the secret service who is involved in investigations banking fraud and the Attorney General who is involved in consumer fraud which is covered. To this date I was told as of yesterday they pick and choose the crimes to be investigated and mind was not one that they involved themselves in and and aid to Lisa Madigan was nasty on the phone with me said I threaten him saying that I was calling back the agency which referred me to him and he was involved in attempting to have me arrested by his tone because how dare I called him and ask him about their office not looking into criminal acts on my behalf.

I have issues within the town where I live in 2000 whereby just because I was in a almost completely white area my family is a GANG and my son could not finish High School because of the mental rapes received by policing agencies whose policies are based on a racism pro-lock-up mentality. Again I am Black in 2007 and seeing that people are not looking at the conditions that stereo-types and issued like driving while black are afforded to happened because there is no enforcement of race, and class protective laws.

I was also called yesterday about a murder of one or two black men shot by white police officer who they claim was on drugs again who do you report this too huh? Who those who enforce the law claim they do not handle this and that or the other. Then they share in formation behind your back to other agencies and use CLOUT to cause crimes to happen in this case this happens to whites as well if you step over the line. But what I will say that unless all us demand equal and fair treatment and not disjointed and loophole laws which are entered into being used for arrest only when they feel like looking into it the race issue is alive and well because we are now facing a major issue on the within this country and all because of a White Tree which could have been stopped.

The Color of Crime

The execution-style murder of three African-American college students in Newark, N.J., forced to kneel and shot in the head — allegedly by an illegal alien from Peru who was out on bail for the serial rape of a 5-year-old — has the makings of a Willie Horton issue in 2008.

Newark, like New York, is a "sanctuary city," where cops are not to ask criminal suspects if they are in the country legally. Mitt Romney has been hammering Rudy Giuliani on the issue, trashing his tough-cop resume by painting the mayor as den mother of the Big Apple's playpen for illegal aliens.

The arrest of Jose Carranza in that Newark massacre, amid reports he had Hispanic accomplices and the murders may have been part of a gang initiation, has also elevated the issue of the black-brown war raging in U.S. big cities.

In the Aug. 10 Washington Post story that covered the Carranza arrest, the same page had two related articles. One was headlined, "Study: Almost Half of Murder Victims Black," the other, "Slaying of Popular Editor Stuns Blacks in Oakland."

The second headline reveals an ideological slant. One would assume that everyone in Oakland was stunned by the daylight execution of African-American editor Chauncey Bailey, allegedly by a teenage foot soldier at Your Black Muslim Bakery, which Bailey was investigating.

At Bailey's funeral, a mourner held up a sign reading, "Stop Black on Black Violence." That was the subject of the second Post story.

"Nearly half the people murdered in the United States are black," declared the opening paragraph, "part of a persistent pattern in which African Americans are disproportionately victimized by violent crime, according to a new Justice Department study."
Among other conclusions reported by the Post:
— Blacks are more likely than whites or Hispanics to be victims of crime.
— Blacks are more likely than any other group to be victims of "serious violent crime," such as rape, assault and robbery.

— Blacks were more than twice as likely as whites to be confronted with a firearm during a crime.
"Overall, the new Justice findings jibe with previous studies," said the Post. "For example, a review of FBI data from 2004 by the Violence Policy Center, a liberal-leaning group that campaigns for stricter gun control laws, found that blacks accounted for about half of the nation's murder victims that year."

"Black victimization is a real problem, and it's often black on black," said David Harris, a law professor at the University of Toledo who studies crime statistics.

"Often"? Correction, Harris. As the Post reports and Justice concedes, in more than nine out of 10 cases, black victims are murdered by fellow blacks.

Utterly absent from the Post story and Justice Department stats is anything about white victims of crime. Not a word. Do white folks not count, though they are two-thirds of the population?

Yet, in "The Color of Crime: Race, Crime and Justice in America," produced by the "right-leaning" New Century Foundation in 2005, using the same FBI and Justice surveys, startling facts emerge:

— "Blacks commit more violent crime against whites than against other blacks." Forty-five percent of the victims of violent crime by blacks are white folks, 43 percent are black, 10 percent are Hispanic.

— Blacks are seven times as likely as people of other races to commit murder, eight times more likely to commit robbery and three times more likely to use a gun in a crime. — "Blacks are an estimated 39 times more likely to commit violent crime against a white person than vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit robbery." (If decent black folks have trouble hailing a cab, and they do, these numbers may help explain it.) — Black-on-white rape is 115 times more common than the reverse. Even the two most famous sexual assaults by white men on black women in the last two decades — the Tawana Brawley and Duke rape cases — turned out to be hoaxes. What do these statistics tell us? A message the Post will not report. The real repository of racism in America — manifest in violent interracial assault, rape and murder — is to be found not in the white community, but the African-American community. In almost all interracial attacks, whites are the victims, not the victimizers. Why does the Post not report such statistics? My guess: Because the stats would shatter the Post's cultivated image of America as a land where white racism is the great lurking malevolent monster. Stories that conform to the image get play. Stories that contradict it are buried. But, if the Bush Justice Department is doing in-depth studies on black victims of crime and who is responsible, why not one on the victimization of Americans of all colors and who is responsible? Or is that information we ought not know, and news not fit to print? Why the Feds
Won't Prosecute West Virginia Torture Case as a Hate Crime

The Reverend Emanuel Heyliger, pastor of the Ferguson Memorial Baptist Church in Dunbar, West Virginia was livid when he got word that federal prosecutors won't prosecute the attack on Megan Williams as a hate crime. It seemed that if ever there was a case that screamed for the feds to jump in and charge the six, crime-prone, apparently hate-spewing whites that assailed the young black woman with a hate crime, this was the case. The heinous facts seemed beyond dispute. The bunch allegedly kidnapped, tortured, raped and harangued her with racial epithets.

But Heyliger in his understandable anger missed one thing. The feds will do anything and everything possible to stay out of state criminal cases, especially cases that are racially tinged. There are two reasons for their keeping hands off. Federal prosecutors are loath to step on the toes of police and prosecutors in criminal cases, no matter how badly the crime is tainted by race. Federal prosecutors flatly said that William's assailants are more likely to be convicted and get stiff sentences in state court. That makes perfectly good legal and political sense.

The other reason for their non-involvement is much more troubling. Federal prosecutors have rarely placed much stock on bringing criminal civil rights cases. They see them as no-win cases with little political gain, and the risk of making enemies of local police, DAs, and state officials. The rare time that the feds cracked down on civil rights violence was during the 1960s civil rights battles. The wave of violence then stirred national and international revulsion and forced then President Lyndon Johnson to order more civil rights prosecutions.

Though federal prosecutors in recent times have had more than sufficient legal ground to bring cases in the old race murders from the 1960s, the prosecutions have been almost exclusively in state courts. The only exceptions to the set-in-stone-rule that prosecutors stay out of state cases occurs when a hate crime triggers a major riot, generates mass protests or attracts major press attention. The Rodney King beating case in Los Angeles in 1992 is still the best example of how it took a mass civil upheaval to move the feds to go full blast after a conviction of the police that beat King, and then only after a failed prosecution in state court. The King case is also an example of how criminal cases with clear civil rights abuses become highly politicized and racially divisive.

The Williams case is a near textbook example of how prosecutors deal with crimes, even possibly racially motivated crimes. They may be horrific, but they are seen as common crimes and are treated as such. Few state prosecutor will chance inflaming racial passions and hatreds by slapping a hate crime tag on a case.

There's also the belief that hate crimes are mostly a thing of the past. When they do occur, they are isolated acts committed by a handful of quacks, and unreconstructed bigots, and that state authorities vigorously report and prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes.

When Congress passed the Hate Crimes Statistics Act of 1990, it compelled the FBI to collect figures on hate violence. However, it did not compel police agencies to report them. Record keeping on hate crimes is still left up to the discretion of local police chiefs and city officials. Many police departments still refuse to report hate crimes, or to label crimes in which gays, and minorities are targeted because of race or sexual preference as hate crimes. Still other police departments don't bother compiling them because they regard hate crimes as a politically loaded minefield that can tarnish their image and create even more racial friction. The official indifference by many police agencies to hate crimes prevents federal officials, even if they wanted to more aggressively enforce civil rights laws, from accurately gauging the magnitude of civil rights violence.

The picture of how much hate violence there actually is in the country and even what constitutes hate violence is even more blurred by confusion and uncertainty over what makes a crime a hate crime. Simply pillorying someone with racial epithets while committing a physical assault may not pass the legal muster of what is a hate crime. The crucial element is whether the racial epithets shouted out were incidental to the attack or were they the precipitating factor in the attack? It's the finest of fine legal hair splitting. But ultimately that's what prosecutors rightly or wrong look at in deciding whether they have any chance to get convictions in crimes where race is involved.
The black ministers in West Virginia are dumbfounded at the apparent refusal of federal prosecutors to recognize what they see as a cut and dried case of white bigots brutalizing an innocent young black woman. That's probably exactly what happened. Yet when prosecutors try to sort out whether a crime is a hate-motivated crime or just plain crime it's anything but cut and dried.

Logan County prosecutor Brian Abraham said Tuesday that federal officials were investigating whether the six West Virginian suspects, who are white, can be charged with carrying out a hate crime against Megan Williams, who is black.

Bobby Brewster, 24, and his mother, Frankie Brewster, are among the suspects. Abraham said Bobby Brewster and Williams may have been romantically involved.

CNN normally does not reveal sexual assault victims' names. But Williams, who is hospitalized, and her mother, Carmen Williams, wanted her identity revealed.

Police said Bobby Brewster raped Williams, forced her to lick blood and drink from a toilet, and told his mother to kill Williams if she tried to escape.

Authorities previously said Williams was also forced to eat rat and dog feces.....

The recent I state this is when I heard about the WHITE TREE I said, huh to a friend of mine, I could not figure out that they were explaining that some slave minded people at a school felt that it was ok to call a tree White and that where is tree was located only whites could sit in the shade. Well if that was me I would be suing the University for Civil Rights violations because they allowed a WHITE TREE and within doing so opened up the ground work for young racist to come into the school and do exactly what was done which was to get involved in a act of racism which is now a Civil Rights Issue which I hope stays alive because of the issue of race as even left America.

We seek out to make believe that we are not racist but indeed we are with intent and willfully involved in the same nightmares which were in are face over 300 years ago.

For one the very local townships, cities and counties within your area are all chartered and has a corporate structure. Within these charters you are a tax payer and a resident can petition with and or without signatures that the boards within your community change the rules and because the local government politicizes seem to go beyond the federal Constitution whereby the courts refuse to air and or aid those who have been violated. Then you can create local charter change whereby you can ask that within your charter of your town, cities and or county that you can establish a local Human Rights Commission which will oversea matters concerning investigation of constitutional abuse and removal of any politician and or government worker who is not upholding the basic rights of the people.

This will include police and other law enforcement who refuse to investigate crimes, there is a very huge issue with abuse to the elder within nursing homes, hospitals, whereby those mandated within they're elected office refuse to investigate the many complains leveled about things of stealing private and personal property of the elderly and then those who are involved in property laundering via illegally conveyance of deeds. It seems that those who have the power investigate will not. Instead they are involved in enforcing and criminalizing the little guy in the community ticketing them and or creating measures of crimes in order to give more and more money into a system which has become embedded with financial waste and fraud.

Look into the system of the CTA in Chicago Illinois whereby they seek to increase fares the most on the backs of the homeless, poor, disabled and then create a issue of those who are just making by charging outrageous amounts of money for traveling on public buses and trains.
I got a report from someone who had information that Illinois Government had over 17 million dollars which is most likely hidden within the general fund which could be used to bail out the CTA system. not to even mention that CTA over spend money on buildings and corporate level employees out of all the money they receive from the state and your pocket from your tax dollars.

Its time that we the people start developing locate panels within the local government charter to have a real say in this. We need local Human Rights Commissions with no government appointees but the citizens themselves watching and removing the corruption.

What Happened to Dennis Kucinich

CLEVELAND - The youngest brother of Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich was found dead at his home Wednesday. Perry Kucinich, 52, was found face down by another brother, Larry, at about 9 a.m., said Powell Caesar, a spokesman for the Cuyahoga County Coroner's office. There were no signs of foul play, Caesar said. An autopsy was being performed Wednesday to determine the cause of death. More

The fact that the brother was found face down on his apartment floor and that according to the coroner there were no signs of violence or “Foul play” means nothing. Lots of things can mimic a heart attack and leave no trace of their presence behind: What about pumping his apartment with gas? What about poisoning his water supply? Anything is possible, especially when under the Patriot Act the FBI now can enter our homes based on “an authorized investigation“ without any judicial review--or even Congress‘s knowledge. Did Dennis’s brother have a history of heart disease? This has not been mentioned by the press. Perry Kucinich was born Dec. 11, 1956, the fifth child of Frank and Virginia Kucinich he was a artist his work was on display in local art gallery's. “He was an admirer of the works of Klee and Picasso, and the style and structure of his artwork derived from their influences,” said Dennis Kucinich. They said he was a genuis within his work as an artist. Although he struggled with mental illness, with the help of his family and friends, he was able to lead a productive life.”

His brother, unarmed, wearing a red tassel cap, sunglasses and black leather jacket, handed a teller at a Christmas card with "All your $ or die" written on the back. He took along a light blue suitcase in which to carry the stolen $1,396.
Following the colorful description offered by witnesses, Cleveland police caught up with Perry Kucinich as he was walking home, reading the card and smiling.
Then Mayor Kucinich told reporters that Perry had been under psychiatric care for five years.

"I'm sure that he did not really understand what he was doing," he said.
Reports of the event were published internationally.
Two months later, Perry Kucinich was deemed incompetent to stand trail on a federal bank robbery charge.

The Strange Death of Kathleen Savio Drew Peterson’s fourth wife!

Drew Peterson's previous wife, 40-year-old Kathleen Savio, was found dead in the dry bathtub of her Pheasant Chase home in March 2004. Drew Peterson and Savio were divorced and he was returning their two sons to their home after a weekend visit, but no one answered the locked door.

Peterson went to a neighbor's to call a locksmith. Once entry was gained, the neighbor went inside and found Savio's body in a waterless bathtub.

The investigation revealed Savio drowned. Her fingertips showed pruning from being submerged in water and her hair was wet when she was found. While there was no water in the bathtub, it may have drained out over time, as the plug was down, investigators speculated.

A coroner's jury ruled the death accidental. State police investigated that case as well. No charges were filed

Alleged Family History

Abuse, alcoholism and instability were key characteristics of the Cales children's household growing up.

It may explain why Stacy Peterson, 23, found what she thought to be stability and security in the arms of a man 30 years her senior, Bolingbrook police Sgt. Drew Peterson.

Linda Cales, 54, last saw her stepdaughter five years ago, but has remained in contact with her throughout the years. Cales married Stacy's father, Anthony Cales, in the mid-90s and remained in the family and children's lives until their divorce in 2002.

The missing person is “Stacy Cales” who at the age of 16 and or 17 began an affair with Drew Peterson a police officer in Bolingbrook Illinois. The other factor not spoken of was that the affair begins allegedly within the Police Department. These Allegations were made by Drew Petersons then wife Savio who died within an accidental drowning within her bath tub. But there is information that there was no water in the tub!

Rogers reported that Peterson's third wife had been granted an order of protection against Drew Peterson, saying, "He wants me dead." The order of protection was dismissed 10 days later.

The Will County State's Attorney's Office said they were reviewing the circumstances of Peterson's former wife's death three years ago.

More allegations Peterson was also investigated in the late 80s for "shaking down drug dealers for drugs" and money charges dismissed and he was returned to duty.

Drew claims that he talked to Stacy around 9:00 p.m. and she was fine and went on a little vacation, he got the car from the airport. One person wrote: Drew Peterson has claimed that Stacy called him on Sunday to say she had left him for another man. Of course he is not looking for her since he is claiming she called him. But if she really called him, she would call her sister. Drew Peterson also claims that evidence has come up that Stacy's mother, Christie Marie Cales, is still alive. But no such evidence has ever been reported to law enforcement. What motive would Drew have to make such a statement other than he killed her, too. When a serial killer is discovered it is important to look for all possible links to all deaths and disappearances. Stacy Peterson and Christie Cales are linked by blood. Kathleen Savio is linked by being one of Drew's wives. Threats and violence have been committed against both Kathleen and Stacy in the past. Investigators should look into several possibilities regarding the disappearance of Christie Cales. Known as "Mark from Michigan," Mark Gregory Koernke (pronounced "Corn-key" /ˈkɔɹn.ki/) (b. 1957) was, in the early 1990s, a prominent militia activist and shortwave radio broadcaster. As an early proponent of the black helicopters conspiracy theory, he was largely responsible for popularizing it[1] in appearances on Tom Valentine's radio show and in public speeches which were widely circulated on videocassette. He was host of his own radio program, "The Intelligence Report"[2] on WWCR until the station indefinitely suspended his broadcasts "to get the gasoline off the fires" after the Oklahoma City bombing.[3] Shortly before his suspension, Koernke had suggested that authorities were setting up Timothy J. McVeigh for assassination.[4]In April of 2001 he was sentenced to three to seven years in prison for assaulting police, resisting arrest, and fleeing from police in a car chase.[5][6]

On March 15th, 2007, Koernke completed his sentence and was released from prison. He is not under any parole since he served his entire time sentenced in prison. Lester Coleman began as a reporter, became an agent for the Defense Intelligence Agency in the Middle East (he's fluent in Arabic), and ended as an exile in Sweden after trumped-up passport charges were filed against him in Chicago. The problem was that Coleman, without fully realizing it, had inside information about Drug Enforcement Administration operations in the Middle East, and specifically about DEA arrangements for controlled-delivery baggage handling out of the Frankfurt airport. In other words, what he knew put an different spin on the Lockerbie tragedy, and suggested a degree of U.S. intelligence complicity with the bombing of Pan Am 103. click here for the full article

DIA keeps their secrets better than the CIA (there's no Congressional oversight), which allows them greater latitude for dirty tricks, and for spying on the DEA and CIA. (For example, Coleman was tasked by the DIA to expose Oliver North to an agent whose relative worked for Al Shiraa, the Beirut news magazine that ran this information on 3 November 1986, and was thereby credited with opening the Iran-contra floodgates for the Western media.) This book is well-written, perhaps because principal author Donald Goddard spent eight years as an editor at the New York Times. On 22 September 1993, five days before hardback publication of Trail of the Octopus, Christopher Byron telephoned Bloomsbury Publishing to ask if they had heard that a Federal grand jury had just indicted Lester Coleman on eight counts of perjury. It was six o'clock in the morning, New York time.
This was news to Bloomsbury but no surprise. For three years, Coleman had been the target of a relentless campaign to destroy his credibility as a witness in the Lockerbie affair. On learning that the indictment was based on his affidavit of April 1991 in support of Pan Am's suit against the US government, and that the charges could have been brought against him at any time in the previous two and a half years rather than five days before publication, Bloomsbury thanked Byron for getting up so early to tell them about it, expressed their continued faith in the book and were left wondering what had prompted his call.
' Was this a publicspirited gesture on the part of a responsible commentator trying at the last moment to save a leading publisher from possible embarrassment? Or had he been unwittingly used by the US government in an attempt to shake Bloomsbury's confidence in Trail of the Octopus to the point where they delayed or cancelled the book's publication?
The indictment certainly showed every sign of having been cobbled together in a hurry. The first count accused Coleman of perjury in saying that he spoke Arabic. This certainly amused MaryClaude, to whom he had proposed in Arabic! If they had been old enough to appreciate the joke, it would also have amused his children, for whom Arabic is a family language.
The other seven counts were simply flat denials of passages from Coleman's affidavit describing his work for the US government, statements that could only be confirmed or disproved by reference to classified security documents that Washington refused to disclose.
As these denials were already a matter of public record, the most interesting thing about the indictment, apart from the haste that seemed to have inspired it, was a telling slip in the very last sentence: 'Coleman was deactivated by the Defense Intelligence Agency more than two years prior to May 11, 1990.' (He had stated in his affidavit, perjuriously according to the government, that he had been 'deactivated' on that date ) By any reading, this implied that he had been active as an agent of the DIA until the beginning of 1988 or thereabouts. This appears to conflict with the observation of LtCol. Terry Bathen, assistant general counsel to the DIA, that Coleman had performed no services for the DIA after November 1986, more than four years prior to 22 May 1990.
Nevertheless, the indictment served to secure a warrant for Coleman's arrest and representations were made to the Swedish government to secure his extradition, even though perjury is not an extraditable offence. When challenged on this point, a Justice Department spokesman claimed that extradition was possible in a case of 'aggravated' perjury. Although inquiries failed to discover any such offence in the canon of Federal law, the manoeuvre set off another round of hostile publicity that coincided with publication of Trail of the Octopus.
Besides Coleman, the same Federal grand jury had also targeted James Shaughnessy, lead counsel for Pan Am, and Juval Aviv, the private investigator whose report had first called attention to the government's role in the Lockerbie disaster. In view of the allegations now being levelled at him, on 21 October 1993 Shanghnessy wrote to Chief Judge Platt, who had presided over the case from the start, to correct the one minor error he found in the record. In a footnote to an affidavit opposing the government's application for financial sanctions against him and his firm for daring to question the official version of events, Shaughnessy had written that, 'Mr Coleman was never paid any amount except for his expenses in meeting first with me and then with [my partner] Mr Prugh.'
These expenses, including air fares, hotel bills, meals and so on for three meetings spread over a total of seven days, plus the expenses of a second witness who spent three days with the defence team in Brussels, amounted to about $12,500, most of it billed directly to Pan Am. In addition, the airline paid a further $2,688 for the shipment of the Coleman family's personal effects by air cargo from Mother Teresa's Sisters of Charity convent in Spain to their new home in exile in Sweden.
But Shaughnessy had forgotten to mention that three separate payments of $1,000 had also been made to Coleman as compensation for loss of working time. Concerned that this omission might be seized upon by the government, however improbably, as evidence that he had paid Coleman X3,000 to perjure himself, Shaughnessy corrected the record by drawing the judge's attention to the payments and apologizing for his lapse of memory.
But if he had honed to close off this loophole, he had reckoned without Christopher Byron. In the 8 November issue of New York magazine he charged Shaughnessy with having 'built [Pan Am's] defense, in part at least, out of testimony obtained by secret and demonstrably improper payments to Coleman'. After speculating 'about who else might have been paid', Byron went on to assert that 'by Shaughnessy's own admission, the defense team did pay Coleman handsomely. The total amount: some $18,000, of which $15,000 was for '`expenses" and $3,000 was in the form of direct cash payments.' Writing dismissively of Coleman as 'the international con man and fugitive' though the evidence for this serious charge seemed to be based on a payment of $3,000 and a few nights in a Brussels hotel Byron reminded his readers that Coleman 'ran into trouble after being arrested on passport fraud charges in 1990' and 'fled to Europe, where he swore out his affidavit in support of the airline's case while pocketing his payoff '.
The article did not mention the deficiencies in the FBI's case. Documentary evidence, some of it from the Bureau's own files, had already proved that the passport charges were false. But the allegation against Shaughnessy, picked up and repeated elsewhere in the media, served its purpose. At the end of November, to avoid possible embarrassment to his client, he stepped down as Pan Am's lead counsel, handing the case over to his associates. Juval Aviv, the government's third target, had been similarly maligned since 1989, when his confidential report linking the CIA with the bombing was leaked to the press, but after four years Justice Department officials were still frustrated in their efforts to punish him for his impudence. Evidently losing patience, they instructed the FBI to put him out of action by more direct means. During 1993, agents visited all his clients and business associates, ostensibly looking for 'evidence' to present to the Federal grand jury but in fact to inform them that Aviv was 'dishonest, unreliable and unpatriotic' and under investigation in connection with the Pan Am 103 disaster. As he discovered later, the FBI even went so far as to interfere in a case he was working on for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, a blunder that could have cost the American taxpayer over $34 million in stolen bank asset.
But by the end of 1993, the focus of Washington's displeasure had broadened to include a new target. The American film producer Allan Francovich, with financial backing from Lonrho plc, had embarked on a gominute television documentary about the bombing of Pan Am 103 which seemed certain to undermine the official version of events. Already unpopular in US government circles for exposing the activities of the CIA in Europe and South America, Francovich had picked up the Trail of the Octopus at the point where the book left off and was scouring Europe with his research team for further evidence of government involvement. Countermeasures were called for.
On 27 November 1993, the Financial Times broke the news of his project under a sixcolumn headline, 'Lonrho to finance Libyan film about Lockerbie'. 'Lonrho and: the Libyan government have set up a Caribbean shell company to finance a £633,000 documentary film about the Lockerbie bombing,' the story ran. 'The disclosure of the secret partnership between the UKbased conglomerate and Libya in the film project comes just days before tough new United Nations sanctions against the country are due to come into force . . . [The project] is being funded by Metropole Hotels, which is twothirds owned by Lonrho and onethird by the Libyan Arab Finance Company, the main investment vehicle of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, the Libyan leader.'
Although the story went on to report that Francovich had said 'he had complete control of the project and could withdraw if there was any interference from Lonrho or the Libyans', the innuendo was clear. It was to be a 'Libyan film' financed by a 'secret partnership' between Libya and Lonrho's chairman Tiny Rowland, who had said 'he felt honour bound to work closely with Libya since: selling it the Metropole stake for £177m in 1992'. In otherwords, it was to be a piece of Libyan propaganda designed to get Gaddafi off the hook for the Lockerbie bombing.
22 Christopher Byron wrote in similar terms in what turned out to be his last article for New York magazine on the Lockerbie subject, denouncing Lester Coleman as a 'fantasist and a fraudster' who had 'peddled his yarn to the media [and] sold it for $18,000, to Pan Am's lawyers'. In February 1994 the new editor of New York magazine, Curt Anderson, failed to renew Byron's contract.
Francovich, meanwhile, had reorganized the production company's finances and was on course for a showing of his gominute commentary on Channel 4 in June, but he was having a bumpy ride. The accusation of 'Libyan propaganda' having not derailed the film, its opponents now sought to deny it an audience. On 21 April the Glasgow Herald printed a letter, signed by Bert Ammerman, John Anselmo and Allen Benello on behalf of '24 others' in New York and London, protesting at Channel 4's negotiations 'with a Libyanfinanced production company to purchase and broadcast a documentary about Lockerbie [that] seeks, predictably, to absolve Libya from any responsibility for the bombing'. The letter went on: 'The project's sources and researchers include an assortment of confidence tricksters who for many years have sought a market for their Lockerbie and other conspiracy stories . . . Channel 4 would not consider purchasing a documentary from the IRA about the Warrington bombing. We ask that it similarly decline to purchase material from Libya about the bombing of Pan Am 103.'
Strong stuff, considering that the production company was no longer owned by a Lonrho subsidiary in which Libya had a minority stake, and that Francovich, an independent American filmmaker, had repeatedly asserted that his contract gave him total editorial control. Coming after representations from other quarters and hints from government ministers of legal action to prevent the film being shown, the letter prompted Channel 4 to deny that there were any 'ongoing negotiations' with Francovich. There are no plans to show the film in our current schedules,' said its spokesman, apparently unaware that the station had been pressing for delivery by 22 June. He could not, however, explain why the film, provisionally entitled 'The Maltese Double Cross', had been rejected unseen. Francovich himself had no doubt about the reason. The documentary would show that Iran and Syria were responsible for the Lockerbie disaster and that the American and British governments had concealed that information to protect strategic interests in the Middle East. The project had therefore become a target for dirty tricks by their intelligence agencies. He told the Guardian on 23 April that he had heard a month earlier that five CIA agents had been sent to Europe to discredit the production. In addition, his office telephones had been tapped, his researchers harassed and staff cars sabotaged. 'This attempt to intimidate Channel 4 was meant to bring the film to a halt,' he said. 'If we are doing such a bullshit movie, why are they putting all these resources into trying to stop us?' The Guardian went on to report that, 'he believes the letter is part of a campaign that has involved smearing collaborators and the infiltration of agents provocateurs into one of America's Flight 103 groups.'
The attitude of the British families towards the film was certainly in sharp contrast to that expressed in the Ammerman letter. Replying to it in the Herald of 23 April, Dr Jim Swire wrote that, 'unlike any of those who signed that letter, some of the British relatives have met with Mr Francovich and discussed his project with him. We had first looked at his track record as a producer of internationally shown, hardhitting documentaries mainly on subjects concerned with political coverups in other fields ... Mr Francovich assured us that he has complete editorial control over what goes into the film and accepted that the film must stand or fall on its own content, plus any objective and corroborative evidence which can be produced.' Dr Swire concluded by saying that 'loose ends' in the official version of events 'leave us uneasy and uncertain as to what the truth may actually be. Mr Francovich's version of what happened should be allowed to stand or fall on its own merits.'
There was a similar exchange ofviews in the London Evening Standard a few days later, and on 10 May' the paper printed a letter from another American family challenging Francovich to call a press conference and make his new evidence public. 'If the information is onetenth as sensational as he has alleged, there would be an immediate and worldwide demand for his film,' wrote Daniel and Susan Cohen, of New Jersey. Preferring to complete the film first, Francovich may well follow their suggestion when the time comes, although he has already promised the British families that they will be the first to see the final cut. If so, given the bottomless well of public sympathy for them, they will certainly not be the last to see it. But in the end, 'The Maltese Double Cross', like the Trail of the Octopus, can do no more than affirm everybody's right to the truth. Only a public trial of the Libyans accused of the bombing can finally dispose of that part of the mystery, and only a new public trial of the relatives' compensation suit against Pan Am will leave the government coverup plain to see. The prospects of either, however, are not encouraging.
On 31 January, a threejudge Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York astonished almost everyone who had followed the case with a majority decision upholding the judgment reached against the airline in 1992. Even counsel for the plaintiffs reacted cautiously. Asked to comment by The New York Times, Lee S. Kreindler told its reporter that Pan Am could have its appeal reheard by a larger panel of the Court of Appeals or petition the United States Supreme Court for a hearing. No doubt he was as unimpressed as most other observers by the Appeal Court's grasp of the facts.
'Few Americans have forgotten the bombing of Flight 103,' observed Judge Richard J. Cadamone, author of the 56page majority opinion. 'There were 259 Americans aboard Pan Am's plane from all walks of life.' In fact, sixteen nationalities were represented in the passenger list.
Judge Elsworth A. Van Graafeiland, the dissenting judge, was scathing in his dismissal of the case against Pan Am. 'At the outset, I want to state one clear and uncontrovertible fact,' he wrote. 'No one knows when, where or how the bomb got on the Pan Am plane except the person who put it there. The jury had to content itself with "expert" testimony, more properly described as educated guesses . . .'
And again: 'Having read the testimony of Pan Am's experts that the district court kept from the jury, I am convinced that had the jury been permitted to hear this evidence, there is a strong likelihood it would have rejected plaintiffs' contention that the bomb which: exploded began its deadly journey in Malta.'
And again: 'This district judge's lack of evenhandedness cannot be justified by his reliance on the indictment of two unapprehended, unquestioned and unapproachable Middle Eastern terrorists.' And again: 'Because the house of cards to the effect that the bomb entered the stream of commerce in Malta was constructed entirely of opinion testimony introduced by plaintiffs, simple justice required that defendant's experts be given an opportunity to demolish it ... Denial of this ultimate safeguard ... was prejudicial reversible error.' And again: 'The district judge treated this case as if Pan Am were being prosecuted for criminally violating a federal regulation and, relying on his erroneous interpretation of criminal law, precluded every attempt by Pan Am to demonstrate that it did not know or believe that the probable result of its conduct would be injury to the plaintiffs.'
And finally: 'Because I am convinced that this case should be retried on the merits, I am reluctant to detract in any way from the strength of my argument by discussing the issue of damages ... If all of the irrelevant and prejudicial evidence . . . were eliminated from this case, it could be retried in several weeks . . . Justice demands that the matter be remanded so that it can be tried fairly.' Encouraged by the vigour of Judge Van Graafeiland's dissent, Pan Am's attorneys filed on 28 February for a new hearing by a fivejudge court. As yet, a date has not been set.
There were also signs of renewed political pressure for an independent inquiry into the Lockerbie disaster following the collapse of the socalled forensic evidence against the two accused Libyans. In 1990, two years after the bombing, a tiny fragment of charred circuit board found among the wreckage was identified by CIA analysts as part of a prototype timer from a batch supplied to the Libyan government in 1985. Although there was no chain of evidence directly linking the timer to Megrahi and Fhima in 1988, the Swiss manufacturer, Mebo, was said to have sold the prototypes only to Libya, and that, according to Buck Revell, who led the FBI investigation, was enough to complete the case against the two Libyans. In 'Silence over Lockerbie', a BBC Radio documentary aired on the fifth anniversary of the bombing, Revell told reporter Gerry Northam that he felt 'very, very confident that we have identified the right people'. Robert Mueller, the assistant US Attorney General in charge of the American investigation, was equally certain. The piece of circuit board was 'indisputably from a particular timer that was purchased by Libya', he assured Northam. 'It could not have been bought by anybody else.'
Always tenuous as evidence against Megrahi and Fhima, the 'indisputable' connection with Libya had already collapsed, however. In October 1993, Edwin Bollier and Erwin Meister, the proprietors of Mebo, revealed that the: timers had also been supplied to East Germany and that two more had probably been stolen from their Zurich premises. Even more damaging: was their claim that they had told British and American investigators about this a year before the indictments were returned. Not content with demolishing the 'indisputable' forensic evidence against Libya, Mebo went on to suggest, according to the Observer, 23 January, that 'the fragment might have been planted by Western intelligence agencies seeking to frame Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi's regime'.
When Tam Dalyell MP asked the Prime Minister about these developments in the House of Commons, John Major acknowledged that 'new evidence has been reported in the press casting doubt on Libyan complicity. But after five years', he went on, 'the inquiry into the bombing has not revealed any evidence that implicates any country besides Libya.' The Lord Advocate' he said, remained convinced that the evidence still justified the warrants issued for the arrest of the two Lockerbie suspects.
As MP for a neighbouring constituency Tam Dalyell had followed the Lockerbie investigation closely from the beginning, becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the official position. On learning of the American government's attempt to extradite Lester Coleman for perjury, he urged the Swedish authorities in November 1993, to grant him asylum. 'From my considerable knowledgeof events surrounding Pan Am 103, I have come to the considered conclusion that Goddard and Coleman's Trail of the Octopus is convincing,' he wrote. 'But, of course, if Goddard and Coleman are telling the truth, the whole position of theUnited States government over the past few years is undermined.'
To clarify the situation, Dalyell brought Coleman's plight to the attention of the American ambassador in London, Ray Seitz, and invited the comments of Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd. The ambassador replied with a copy of the Justice Department press release announcing the perjury indictment, 'which pretty much sums up what the US government thinks of Mr Coleman and his claims'. Seitz also referred Dalyell to Christopher Byron's campaign in New York magazine which 'convincingly exposes Mr Coleman as a notorious con man'.
Douglas Hogg, Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, was rather more diplomatic. 'It would not be proper for me to comment on the allegations made by Messrs Goddard and Coleman,' he wrote, 'not least since I understand they may be related to the eight charges of perjury on which Mr Coleman has been indicted by a US Grand Jury . . . You may rest assured however that the Dumfries & Galloway Police continue to investigate all relevant new information on the Lockerbie atrocity.' Encouraged by the Minister's response, I wrote to Chief Constable George Esson of the Dumfries & Galloway Police on 20December:

Dear Sir, As you will see from the enclosed correspondence, I have raised through Tam Dalyell MP t e question of why Lester Coleman was never interviewed by your officers, or, indeed, by investigators from any other agency, in connection with the Lockerbie disaster. Despite a wellorchestrated attempt to discredit him, Coleman has insisted on the truth of his sworn affidavit for almost three years, at no small cost to himself and his family. As far as I am aware, nothing of substance has emerged in that time to challenge, much less refute, his eyewitness account of a DEA CIA operation in Cyprus in the spring of 1988, that may well have had a bearing on how and why the bomb was placed aboard Pan Am Flight 103, In the United States, the response to his testimony has been a campaign of vilification which reached new heights of absurdity with Coleman's indictment for perjury in September. On this side of the Atlantic, however, the only response appears to be one of complete and continuing indifference.
For my part, there is little I can add to Trail of the Octopus, but I have no doubt that Coleman himself can be of material assistance to your officers. Though naturally concerned for his safety, he is prepared, even at this late stage, to make himself available for questioning, albeit at a time and place and in circumstances of his own choosing.
If you care to act on his offer, I will gladly serve as intermediary in making the necessary arrangements..

The Chief Constable replied on 5 January 1994:

I refer to your letter of 20th January, 1993 and have to advise you that the position of the Lord Advocate is, and has always been, that anyone with any evidence pertaining to the Lockerbie inquiry should approach the Dumfries & Galloway Police.
If Mr Coleman believes that he has evidence which has a bearing on the Lockerbie investigation then my Force would be happy to receive that evidence from him personally at Dumfries or in writing.
It would be inappropriate for the Police to enter into any clandestine arrangement to see Mr Coleman, especially in view of the fact that there is no specific reason to believe that there is any need to interview him and he is a fugitive from justice [italics added].
I trust that this clearly sets out my position in this matter.

Well, it didn't entirely, and so I wrote again on 21 January:

Thank you for your letter of 5th January about Lester Coleman's offer to assist your officers with their inquiries into the Lockerbie disaster.
Having engineered a fugitive warrant for his arrest, the FBI has made it difficult for Coleman to present himself in person in Dumfries. However, as a first step, he asked me to send you a copy of the affidavit he swore out in Brussels almost three years ago as this will convey the gist of what he knows about, and considers relevant to, the bombing of Flight 103. I hope this will be of interest, although clearly, after a fiveyear investigation, you and your officers are in a much better position than he is to determine what is relevant and what is not. In his eyewitness account of events in Cyprus in 1988, he may well have omitted details that could turn out to have a significance of which he is entirely unaware.
For this reason, I was frankly amazed to learn that you saw no particular need to interview him. I was also surprised that you should assume I was proposing some sort of clandestine meeting. Coleman is prepared to be interviewed on any mutually acceptable 'neutral' ground in a Swedish police station, perhaps, or in one of several European embassies of countries unimpressed by the charges trumped up against him in the United States.
If, on reconsideration, you find any merit in his offer, I will gladly set the wheels in motion.

This letter was not even acknowledged. It was simply ignored .. The Chief Constable evidently saw no merit in finding out what Coleman had to contribute, which was doubly discouraging because documentary evidence had just come to hand that would have satisfied the Dumfries & Galloway Police that he had been framed on the passport charge and could not, therefore, be properly described as 'a fugitive from justice'. (The charge was that Coleman had obtained a copy of a Connecticut birth certificate for one Thomas Leavy from the state's public records office and had used it fraudulently to apply for a passport in that name. According to the FBI, Thomas Leavy was born on 4 July 1948 and died two days later. A search of the state's records, however, had already shown that no one of that name had died on 6 July 1948 Now a further search had established that no one of that name had been born on 4 July either. Coleman was therefore clearly innocent of the charge. The State of Connecticut was in no position to provide him with the birth certificate of a nonexistent person.
In the early hours of 31 April 1994 Tam Dalyell returned to the attack in a House of Commons adjournment debate. 'I am driven to the conclusion', he said, 'that Her Majesty's Government simply do not want either to find or to stumble on the truth of the Lockerbie crime.
The truth, if it were established, would be altogether too awkward, too inconvenient, too embarrassing to Britain and the United States. I have been ever more curious about Lockerbie since those last days of December 1988, when a constituent friend and police officer told me that it was extraordinary how Americans, swarming around the wreckage, were interfering with evidence within hours of the crash.'
Dalyell also found it remarkable that Margaret Thatcher had made no mention of Lockerbie in her memoirs. 'But, of course, the fact is that two American Presidents asked Downing Street to keep a low profile on Lockerbie,' he went on. 'Lady Thatcher does refer to the 1986 bombing of Libya, and she seeks to justify it on the grounds that Libya could no longer back terrorists: "The muchvaunted Libyan counterattack did not, and could not, take place."
'She, of all people in the western world,' he declared, 'must have known what intelligence was saying about Lockerbie, and her memoirs cannot be squared with information that blames Libya. 'Like the Maltese Government, the Maltese police, Air Malta, the Luqa airport authorities, and, indeed, Dr John Buon Tempo, the former Maltese ambassador to the Arab states, whose mediation efforts are, I hope, being taken seriously by the Foreign Office, I do not believe that a bomb was posted yes, posted in Malta to go through the RheinMain airport and Heathrow without detection. Nor bluntly do I, as the longestserving Scottish Member of Parliament, with a history of respect for the office of Lord Advocate, believe that the Grown Office has the evidence that it claims to have and pleads that, for legal reasons, it cannot produce.'
After insisting that Lester Coleman should be taken seriously and interviewed by the Scottish police, Dalyell demanded to know 'just what negotiations have taken place between the State Department and the Foreign Office? Bluntly, I believe that there has been a major conspiracy in Washington and London to obscure the course of justice.'
In his reply, the Foreign Office Minister Douglas Hogg failed to address any of these questions, preferring instead to review the sanctions imposed against Libya by the UN Security Council. 'Our position, together with that of the French and United States Governments,' he said, 'has been that the Libyan Government must surrender the two Libyan officials accused of involvement in the Lockerbie bombing for trial in Scotland or the United States, satisfy the French judicial authorities over the bombing of UTA 772, pay appropriate compensation and demonstrate by concrete actions their renunciation of terrorism.' And that was all. When Sir Teddy Taylor MP, who had also convinced himself of Libya's innocence, sought to intervene in the debate, the Minister left the Chamber. Determined not to let the matter rest, Tam Dalyell tabled a further question for the Prime Minister on 18 May. With the prospect of the two accused Libyans being brought to trial now increasingly remote no doubt to the relief of government prosecutors on both sides of the Atlantic the last best hope of getting at the truth about Lockerbie probably resides in the determination of Dalyell and others to keep the issue alive and in the attempt by Pan Am and its insurers to win a new trial of the relatives' claims against them.
But a breakthrough is always possible. As Judge Van Graafeiland pointed out, only the people who put the bomb aboard Flight 103, know exactly when, where and how it was done, and some day one of them may choose to speak. Whether anyone in government will listen, however, is another matter.
In a Beirut courtroom on 31 June 1994 Yussef Shaaban, a follower of Palestinian terrorist leader Abu Nidal, startled the world by stating that he had planted the bomb. On trial with two others for the murder of a Jordanian diplomat, he was the first member of a terrorist organization to claim responsibility for Lockerbie, a claim that may well have had more to do with seeking attention than purging a guilty conscience, but which was at least plausible enough to merit investigation.
Responding for the Dumfries & Galloway Police a spokesman announced that they had no plans to question Shaban about his 'confession'.
As for Lester Coleman, having had his say at last in Trailof the Octopus, he is content now to let others make what they will of it. He has no plans to return to the United States. Though confident the charges against him would never stand up in court, he is far from confident that the United States government would not then invent some more.

Biography

One of the best-known documentaries of Allan Francovich is his exposé of the C.I.A., On Company Business (1980). The film won him the International Critics Award for Best Documentary at the Berlin Film Festival. Born in New York City, Francovich was the son of a mining engineer and raised in various Bolivian and Peruvian mining camps. He attended Notre Dame University in Peru, the Sorbonne in France, and received a master's degree in dramatic arts from the University of California, Berkeley. He married Kathleen Weaver, a translator and writer, in 1970 and worked closely with her until they split up in 1985. Francovich's last film, The Maltese Double Cross, was released in 1994 and won first prize for a documentary at that year's Edinburgh Film Festival. CAIB 1/79: "reprints a top secret U.S. army memo on infiltrating and subverting allies--although the Army continues to deny it was an official document.''
[Fact: the Army did more than deny it was 'an official document.' The alleged 'army memo' ['F. M. 30-31B'] was exposed as a KGB forgery. A February 18, 2005, report in the Moscow Times refers to a book, "NATO's Secret Armies: Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe," by Daniele Ganser [excerpt on FM 30-31B below]. The report states:

Among the "smoking guns" unearthed by Ganser is a Pentagon document, Field Manual FM 30-31B, which details the methodology for launching terrorist attacks in nations that "do not react with sufficient effectiveness" against "communist subversion." Ironically, the manual states that the most dangerous moment comes when leftist groups "renounce the use of force" and embrace the democratic process. It is then that "U.S. army intelligence must have the means of launching special operations which will convince Host Country Governments and public opinion of the reality of the insurgent danger." Naturally, these peace-throttling "special operations must remain strictly secret," the document warns.

The First Bin Laden
The verdict of the Scottish judges who convicted one Libyan agent, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, on 270 counts of murder at the end of the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing trial failed to convince many observers – including relatives of the 270 victims – that justice had been done. An international observer appointed by the United Nations, Hans Köchler, called the verdict a "spectacular miscarriage of justice".[1] Such doubts spawned a number of alternative theories of the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. Most of these apparently disparate theories started from the premise that key evidence presented at the trial (eg timer fragment, parts from a specific radio cassette model, clothing bought in Malta, bomb suitcase originating at Luqa Airport) would have been fabricated by the US and Britain for the "political" purpose of incriminating Libya for the crime.[2]

Reopening the case

In Britain, the Conservative administrations under Margaret Thatcher and John Major refused even to countenance the idea of an independent public inquiry into PA 103. The Labour party in opposition had promised such an inquiry, but in government since May 1997 and having brought the case to trial, prime minister Tony Blair appeared to believe there was no need for any further inquiry. Labour MP, Russell Brown, whose Dumfries constituency includes the town of Lockerbie, formally called for a public inquiry in March 2002. But foreign secretary, Jack Straw, in a written statement to parliament on December 18, 2002, said the government had "decided not to initiate any further form of review on Lockerbie." However, the case would be reopened if the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC) were to review the case and decide to refer it back to the High Court for a fresh appeal. Lawyers for Megrahi therefore applied to the SCCRC on September 23, 2003 asking that the case be reviewed. Just over two years later, something seemed to be happening:

On October 10, 2005 Megrahi's lawyers said they believed that material derived from test explosions in America in 1989 had mistakenly been produced at the trial as primary evidence to convict their client.[3]
On October 12, 2005 The Herald newspaper in Scotland reported that British, US and Libyan officials had been covertly meeting in London and Geneva to discuss moving Megrahi to a prison in Libya or a neighbouring African country, and thereafter quietly dropping his application to the SCCRC. Megrahi's transfer from Greenock jail in Scotland would undoubtedly infuriate some of the US victims' families, as well as those who believe Megrahi is innocent and demand that he should have a fresh appeal.[4]
On October 13, 2005 Dr Jim Swire, spokesman for UK Families-Flight 103 (UKF103), wrote to The Herald:

"If Megrahi were to be transferred to Libya he would be something of a hero and might lose his keenness for further appeal. Should that happen, as one of the many deeply involved parties, I will not be alone in demanding of the SCCRC that they continue their decision-making process. It remains our right both to know why our loved ones were not protected and to see the Scottish judicial process completed without governmental interference of any kind."[5]

On October 23, 2005 The Sunday Times reported that the former Lord Advocate, Lord Fraser of Carmyllie, who issued the arrest warrant for Megrahi, had cast doubt on the reliability of the main witness at the trial. Fraser described Tony Gauci, whose testimony convicted Megrahi, as "not quite the full shilling" and "an apple short of a picnic." Fraser argued that Megrahi could be transferred to Libya and need not serve the whole of his 27-year sentence in Scotland.[6]
On October 28, 2005 the then Lord Advocate, Lord Boyd of Duncansby, called upon his predecessor, Lord Fraser, to clarify those remarks about Gauci by making a public statement.[1]
The controversy came amid mounting speculation that the SCCRC is to rule that Megrahi suffered an apparent miscarriage of justice and should be granted leave to appeal.[2]
In an interview with The Scotsman newspaper of November 1, 2005 the architect of the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing trial held in a neutral venue under Scots law, Professor Robert Black of Edinburgh University, vowed to ensure Megrahi's case is brought back to court for a further appeal. The law professor said it was "the most disgraceful miscarriage of justice in Scotland for 100 years." "I won't let it go," he added.[3]
The Scotsman of November 18, 2005 reported that Dr Jim Swire of UKF103 went to meet Megrahi for the first time on Wednesday, November 15. The purpose of the meeting in Greenock Prison was to ask Megrahi whether he would still press for the SCCRC to continue its review of his case if rumours of his repatriation proved to be correct.

"Megrahi was happy for me to make it known that he is determined to pursue a review of the case, no matter what might evolve concerning his future detention," said Dr Swire. He added: "It is very important to the members of UKF103 campaign group that there be a full review of the entire Lockerbie scenario through an appropriately empowered and independent inquiry, but absence of a further review of the court case would also damage our search for truth and justice." Dr Swire said even if Megrahi did not continue with his appeal bid, the campaign group would press the SCCRC to complete its review of the case, as interested parties.[4]

In March 2006, Dr Swire met Iain McKie – the father of policewoman Shirley McKie, who was wrongly accused by Scottish Criminal Record Office (SCRO) fingerprint experts of leaving her thumb print at a murder scene in 1997. Mr McKie is lobbying for a judicial inquiry to be held into his daughter's case, which allegedly has links with the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing trial. Dr Swire and Mr McKie are keen for such an inquiry to investigate not only these links but also a number of other questions such as the role of Harry Bell, the former head of the SCRO and a key person in the investigation into the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. Dr Swire said he, the McKie family and observers all over the world needed the answers to these questions:

"The reputation of our country and its criminal justice system will depend upon how these cases are sorted out."[5]

On May 4, 2006 the Scottish Executive announced that a panel of five Judges sitting in Edinburgh were to hear Megrahi's appeal against his 27-year minimum jail sentence on July 11, 2006, when Lord Advocate, Lord Boyd, was expected to argue that the sentence imposed on Megrahi was too lenient. However, defence lawyers and others, including PA 103 relatives, expressed concerns about the timing of this appeal against sentence, and were keen for any appeal against conviction (that the SCCRC might decide upon) to be heard at the same time. Addressing these concerns, a court spokesman said:

"There might be a referral from the commission [SCCRC], but there might not be."[6]

Lawyers for Megrahi later insisted that both appeals (against sentence and conviction) ought to take place at the special Scottish Court in the Netherlands – where his trial and first appeal against conviction were held – rather than in Edinburgh. The Crown disputed the move on security and cost grounds but, on June 8, 2006, the Scottish Court of Criminal Appeal decided to postpone the July appeal against sentence until October 2006. The three-month delay thus allows time to settle both the venue issue and whether the SCCRC is to grant Megrahi a second appeal against conviction.[7]

On November 1, 2006 Megrahi was reported to have dropped his insistence that the new appeal should be heard at Camp Zeist, Netherlands.[8]

"Framing" of Libya

Muammar al-Gaddafi's Libya has a long and well-documented history of support for international terrorism. An indisputable fact is that, during the 1970s and 1980s, Gaddafi supplied large quantities of Libyan weapons and explosives to the Provisional Irish Republican Army. Other incidents that have been attributed to Libya are not so clear cut:

The 1984 murder of WPC Yvonne Fletcher outside the Libyan embassy in London was blamed on Libya and led to a long-term rupture of diplomatic relations. No prosecution has taken place but Libya has paid compensation to WPC Fletcher's family.
US president Ronald Reagan was convinced that Libya was responsible for the 1986 Berlin discotheque bombing – in which two American servicemen were killed and another 50 injured – and, in retaliation, ordered the bombing of Tripoli in Operation El Dorado Canyon. In 2001, a Libyan and two Palestinians were convicted and imprisoned by Berlin's Supreme Court, and in 2004 Gaddafi agreed to pay $35 million in compensation to the non-American victims of the Berlin bombing.
The September 19, 1989 bombing of French UTA Flight 772 for which a Paris court convicted six Libyan nationals in absentia. France at the time supported Libya's neighbour Chad in a border dispute.[7]

However, Libya has never formally admitted that it committed any of these outrages. In 2003, in respect of the sabotage of both Pan Am Flight 103 and UTA Flight 772, Libya told the United Nations that it "accepted responsibility for the actions of its officials" and agreed to pay compensation to the relatives of the victims.[8] In an address to a conference of law officers in August 2001 (seven months after the PA 103 verdict) the Scottish Lord Advocate, Lord Boyd, refuted any suggestion that Libya had been framed and denied that this was a politically-driven prosecution, instead blaming conspiracy theorists for such allegations: "Conspiracy theorists have alleged that the investigators' move away from an interest in the PFLP-GC was prompted by political interference following a re-alignment of interests in the Middle East. Specifically it is said that it suited Britain and the United States to exonerate Syria and others such as Iran who might be associated with her and to blame Libya, a country which we know trained the IRA. Accordingly, evidence was 'found' which implicated Libya. This is best answered by looking at the evidence."[9] The Lord Advocate went on to list the various pieces of evidence found to prove that the PA 103 investigators' interest in Libya was "as a result of the evidence which was discovered and not as a result of any political interference in the investigation". He reiterated: "There is no evidence whatsoever to suggest that there was political interference. The investigation was evidence-led." Lord Boyd dealt with each piece of evidence, as follows:

"evidence was obtained from Toshiba [by DERA's Alan Feraday] which showed that during October 1988 20,000 black Toshiba RT-SF 16 radio cassettes, the type used in the Pan Am bomb, were shipped to Libya. Of the total world-wide sales of that model 76% were sold to the General Electric Company's subsidiary in Libya, whose chairman was Said Rashid.[information added]"

Mebo timer fragment:

"In June 1990, with the assistance ultimately of the CIA and FBI, Alan Feraday of the Explosives Laboratory was able to identify the fragment as identical to circuitry from an MST-13 timer. It was already known to the CIA from an example seized in Togo in 1986 and photographed by them in Senegal in 1988. That took investigators to the firm of Mebo in Zurich. It was discovered that these timers had been manufactured to the order of two Libyans Ezzadin Hinshin, at the time director of the Central Security Organisation of the Libyan External Security Organisation and Said Rashid, then head of the Operations Administration of the ESO."

Clothing material:

"In September 1989 Tony Gauci, the shopkeeper, was interviewed by Scottish police officers. He convincingly identified a range of clothing which he had sold to a man sometime before Christmas 1988. Among the items he remembered selling were two pairs of Yorkie trousers, two pairs of striped pyjamas, a tweed jacket, a blue babygro, two slalom shirts collar size 16 and a half, two cardigans, one brown and one blue and an umbrella. He described the man, and subsequently identified him as Megrahi. More importantly at the time he was in no doubt that he was a Libyan."

Many commentators and legal practitioners remain unconvinced, however. Warning against over-reliance upon forensic science to secure convictions, Britain's foremost criminal lawyer, Michael Mansfield QC, in the BBC Frontline Scotland TV program Silence over Lockerbie, broadcast on October 14, 1997, said he wanted to make just one point: "Forensic science is not immutable. They're not written in tablets of stone, and the biggest mistake that anyone can make—public, expert or anyone else alike—is to believe that forensic science is somehow beyond reproach: it is not! The biggest miscarriages of justice in the United Kingdom, many of them emanate from cases in which forensic science has been shown to be wrong. And the moment a forensic scientist or anyone else says: 'I am sure this marries up with that' I get worried." A number of news media also investigated the bombing and the various theories that were put forward to explain it. One news team headed by Pierre Salinger accused the prosecution of disinformation, and of attempting to steer the investigation toward Libya. Salinger fired one member of his investigative team, because of suspicion that she was attempting to manipulate its inquiry.[10]

Seven alternative theories

CIA in Lockerbie

Within days of the December 21, 1988 bombing, Lockerbie was awash with rumors: heroin and money had been found, and the CIA had arrived in the town. None of these rumours was ever officially confirmed. Two teenagers claimed to have found travellers cheques worth $547,000 and an envelope upon which that figure had been marked. Several polythene bags containing white powder were found, according to Edinburgh's Radio Forth reporter David Johnstone (Johnstone 1989). No evidence of these finds was presented in court.
Another rumour was that a mountain-rescue leader walking east of Tundergarth was approached by a police officer and told he could proceed no further into a particular field where he could see a large red or orange tarpaulin. Other witnesses allegedly confirmed they had seen it too, and that there was a white helicopter hovering overhead with a marksman waving away anyone who came close to the tent. One witness told journalist Paul Foot that underneath the tarpaulin was a container, which was too large to be the flight recorder (Ashton and Ferguson 2001).
Whatever the tarpaulin was covering, most of the apparent intelligence activity in Lockerbie seems to have surrounded PA 103 victim Major Charles McKee or, more particularly, the contents of his suitcase. McKee was believed to be the leader of a Special Forces team that was about to attempt the rescue of American hostages held by Hezbollah in the Lebanon. His heavily censored public file, available through the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, reveals that he was a career spy, highly thought of and that he undertook dangerous missions. [9]American intelligence sources told journalists that McKee's suitcase contained details of his latest assignment, including the layout of buildings where the hostages were believed to be located. The suitcase was found by a dog-handler a few days before Christmas on Carruthers Farm, near Waterbeck. Two Americans, who said they worked for Pan Am, quickly came to remove it. They brought the suitcase back to the same spot later, minus much of its contents. On Christmas Eve, a group of Scottish police officers were asked to accompany the two Americans to find the suitcase. Before they arrived at the site the officers, realizing they were being duped and were expected to log it in as if for the first time, made their excuses and left. Two British Transport Police dog-handlers allegedly found the case for the Americans later on that day (John Ashton and Ian Ferguson 2001).
No evidence has emerged to support these allegations but, since so many journalists were told about them, it is widely assumed there is some truth in them. Lawyers for the two accused Libyans were concerned that if, as the stories indicated, the CIA was in fact removing evidence from the hills around Lockerbie, the integrity of the chain of evidence, crucial to a fair trial, may have been disturbed. Such concerns led to claims that the CIA not only removed evidence but planted it, too, in order to pin the blame for the PA 103 attack on Libya. In 2005, a retired senior Scottish police chief gave defence lawyers a signed statement, which confirmed the claims made in 2003 by a former CIA agent that his CIA bosses actually wrote the script to incriminate Libya. [10]

Iran, the PFLP-GC, and operation Autumn Leaves

A number of journalists considered that the Iranian revenge motive (retaliation for the shooting down of the Iran Air Airbus by USS Vincennes) was prematurely dismissed by investigators. They drew attention to a comment by former British prime minister Margaret Thatcher in her 1993 memoirs, where she seemed to discount the Libya revenge motive (for the 1986 bombing of Tripoli and Benghazi by the United States air force):

"It turned out to be a more decisive blow against Libyan-sponsored terrorism than I could ever have imagined. ...There were revenge killings of British hostages organized by Libya, which I bitterly regretted. But the much-vaunted Libyan counter attack did not and could not take place... There was a marked decline in Libyan-sponsored terrorism in succeeding years" (Thatcher 1993, pp448-9).

Libya and Abu Nidal

Abu Nidal was widely regarded as the most ruthless international terrorist until that mantle was assumed by Osama bin Laden. Nidal (aka Sabri al-Banna) was reported to have died in a shoot-out in Baghdad on August 16, 2002. A former senior member of his group, Atef Abu Bakr, told journalists that shortly before his death Abu Nidal had confided to Bakr that he had orchestrated the PA 103 bombing on behalf of Libya's Colonel Gaddafi. After settling in Tripoli in 1985, Nidal and Gaddafi allegedly became close, Gaddafi sharing what The Sunday Times called "Abu Nidal's dangerous combination of an inferiority complex mixed with the belief that he was a man of destiny."[11] According to Atef Abu Bakr, Gaddafi asked Nidal to coordinate with the head of Libyan intelligence, Abdullah al-Senussi, an attack on the U.S. in retaliation for the 1986 bombing of Benghazi and Tripoli. Nidal then organized the hijacking of Pan Am Flight 73 in Karachi on September 5, 1986 killing 22 passengers and wounding dozens of others. In August 1987, Abu Nidal allegedly tried again, this time using an unwitting bomb mule to carry a device on board a flight from Belgrade (airline unknown), but the bomb failed to explode. For PA 103, Senussi allegedly told Nidal to supply the bomb, and Libyan intelligence would arrange for it to be put on a flight. No evidence has been produced in support of this theory.

CIA-protected suitcase theory

A theory for which no evidence has been produced suggests that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had set up a protected drug route from Europe to the United States—allegedly called Operation Corea—which allowed Syrian drug dealers, led by Monzer al-Kassar (who was involved with Oliver North in the Iran-Contra scandal) to ship heroin to the U.S. using Pan Am flights, in exchange for intelligence on Palestinian groups based in Syria. The CIA allegedly protected the suitcases containing the drugs and made sure they were not searched. On the day of the bombing, as the theory goes, terrorists exchanged suitcases: one with drugs for one with a bomb. Another version of this theory is that the CIA knew in advance this exchange would take place but let it happen anyway, because the protected drugs route was a rogue operation, and the American intelligence officers on PA 103 – Matthew Gannon and Maj. Charles McKee – had found out about it, and were on their way to Washington to tell their superiors. The former version of the protected suitcase theory was suggested in October 1989 by Juval Aviv, the owner of Interfor Inc, a private investigation company based on Madison Avenue, New York. Aviv was a former Mossad officer who led the Operation Wrath of God team that assassinated a number of Palestinians who were believed to have been responsible for a massacre in 1972, when 11 Israeli Olympic athletes were killed by the Black September Palestinian group in Munich (see Munich massacre). Aviv sold his story to Canadian journalist George Jonas, who published it in 1984 as Vengeance, later made into a movie entitled The Sword of Gideon and in 2005 used as the basis for Steven Spielberg's movie Munich. After PA 103, Aviv was employed by Pan Am as their lead investigator for the bombing. He submitted a report (the Interfor report) in October 1989, blaming the bombing on a CIA-protected drugs route (Barrons December 17, 1989). This scenario provided Pan Am with a credible defense against claims for compensation by relatives of victims, since, if the U.S. government had helped the bomb bypass Pan Am's security, the airline could hardly have been held liable. The Interfor report alleged inter alia that Khalid Jafaar, a Lebanese-American passenger with links to Hezbollah, had unwittingly brought the bomb on board thinking he was carrying drugs on behalf of Syrian drug dealers he supposedly worked for. However, the New York court, which heard the civil case lodged by the U.S. relatives, rejected the Interfor allegations for lack of evidence. Aviv was never interviewed by either the Scottish police or the FBI in connection with PA 103. In 1990 the protected suitcase theory was given a new lease of life by Lester Coleman in his book Trail of the Octopus.[11]. Coleman by his own admission was a self-proclaimed former freelance journalist-turned-informant for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Cyprus. Coleman claimed to have seen Khalid Jafaar in the DEA office in Nicosia, Cyprus once again implying that Jafaar was a drugs mule, but this time for the DEA instead of Syrian drug dealers. Despite no evidence being advanced to support Coleman's claims, the theory gained some credence when British journalist Paul Foot wrote a glowing review of Coleman's book for the London Review of Books.[12] But on March 31, 2004—four months before his death—Foot reverted to the orthodox Iran/PFLP-GC theory in an article he wrote for The Guardian entitled "Lockerbie's dirty secret."[13]

For many months after the bombing, the prime suspects were the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command (PFLP-GC), a Damascus-based rejectionist group led by former Syrian army captain Ahmed Jibril.

In a February 1986 press conference, Jibril warned:"There will be no safety for any traveler on an Israeli or U.S. airliner" (Cox and Foster 1991, p28). Secret intercepts are believed to have recorded the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (Pasdaran) in Baalbeck, Lebanon making contact with the PFLP-GC immediately after the downing of the Airbus. Jibril is understood to have received $11 million from Iran (although a banking audit trail to confirm the payment has never been presented). The CIA allegedly intercepted a telephone call made two days after PA 103 by the Interior minister in Tehran to the Iranian embassy in Beirut, instructing the embassy to hand over the funds to Jibril and congratulating them on a successful operation.
A verifiable fact is that Jibril's right hand man, Hafez Dalkamoni, set up a PFLP-GC cell which was active in the Frankfurt and Neuss areas of West Germany in October 1988, two months before PA 103. During what Germany's internal security service, the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV), called Operation Herbstlaub (Operation autumn leaves), the BfV kept cell members under strict surveillance. The plotters prepared a number of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) hidden inside household electronic equipment. They discussed a planned operation in coded calls to Cyprus and Damascus: oranges and apples stood for detonating devices; medicine and pasta for Semtex explosive; and, auntie for the bomb carrier. One operative had been recorded as saying: "auntie should get off, but should leave the suitcase on the bus" (Duffy and Emerson 1990). The PFLP-GC cell had an experienced bomb-maker a Jordanian, Marwan Khreesat, to assist them. Khreesat made at least one IED inside a single-speaker Toshiba Bombeat 453 radio cassette recorder, similar to the twin speaker model RT-SF 16 Bombeat that was used to blow up PA 103. However, unlike the Lockerbie bomb with its sophisticated timer, Khreesat's IEDs contained a barometric pressure device that triggers a simple timer with a range of up to 45 minutes before detonation.
Unbeknown to the PFLP-GC cell, its bomb-maker Khreesat was a Jordanian intelligence service (GID) agent and reported on the cell's activities to the GID, who relayed the information to Western intelligence and to the BfV. The Jordanians encouraged Khreesat to make the bombs but instructed him to ensure they were ineffective and would not explode. (A German police technician would however be killed, in April 1989, when trying to disarm one of Khreesat's IEDs). Through Khreesat and the GID, the Germans learned that the cell was surveying a number of targets, including Iberia Flight 888 from Madrid to Tel Aviv via Barcelona, chosen because the bomb-courier could disembark without baggage at Barcelona leaving the barometric trigger to activate the IED on the next leg of the journey. The date chosen, Khreesat reportedly told his handlers, was October 30, 1988. He also told them that two members of the cell had been to Frankfurt airport to pick up Pan Am timetables.

Two. The issue of driving while black and the allowance of DUI’s not get temporary license to go back and forth to work while others are forced into criminalization and can loss employment within loopholes within current laws.

Three. Racism within area suburbs and whereby crimes including murders can happened with little impact and or investigation because loopholes within laws and a by chose investigation pattern stated by Illinois government Officials and it seems to be true elsewhere in the US as it relates to the Justice system.

The major issue is that criminal acts reported to law enforcement are not being investigated in the same manner as other races and classes. Hate crimes over the pass decade have had lesser time and or justice applied because of major loopholes within the law and the application of the law which is on a as see fit policy.

Because of this today we can see a growing trend of hate crimes focused on African American’s by everyone and the lack of investigative authority, even though the major tax dollar and revenue in running many of this countries cities and states come of the Black community.

In a very good example of this issue there is a e-mail which was sent to me today about the Jena 6 whereby a hate group organization has placed the names and the address on not only the 6 men but also the names of the activist which included their home address in a website in order to promote more attacks against African Americans in the US.

Because of the lack of law enforcement providing equal justice and investigate to Africa American we are place at great risk from harm from this hate groups. And if indeed it was and attempt on another Race and or nationality there is enforcement and protection.

Today I spoke to the Human rights Commission within the state of Illinois and was informed that they do not have authority to get involved in any issue other than those which impact on the issue of housing and jobs. But again someone does have the authority to investigate hate crimes against those who are jewish and for other countries and in the year 2007 this can not be allowed when we are indeed citizens as well. I need your support and commitment in spreading the word within the communities that this organization is here and that we are seeking the best people out there to help us report violations of due process of the law, and undercover injustice within court hearings and proceedings, We are a new watch dog group which is being back within my media across the world.

Again this is 2007 and those who feel that it is better; it is not its far worse. Each day the headlines are covering more and more Black in the entertainment industry and sports being shutdown within a mainstream media bias in reporting which it seems is being geared and placed in our face to cause a much needed race fight in America.

If indeed this happens it will help and aid this president and those from within his committees to stay in office and enactment of Marshall Law. Please do not be fooled!
We need to address as a whole to have the loopholes within the justice system and if we can do this much of all the nations governmental mess will be clean-up for all Americans Black, Brown, Yellow, and white all of us equally not just for the few.

The Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability of the Judicial Conference of the
United States has released for public comment its Draft Rules Governing Judicial Conduct and Disability Proceedings under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act (28 U.S.C. §351-364), which confers upon any person the right to file a complaint against a federal judge. The Draft Rules aim at implementing the recommendations contained in the Breyer Report issued by the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act Study Committee, chaired by Justice Stephen Breyer and appointed by the Late Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Chief Justice Roberts “asked that the report's recommendations be referred to the appropriate committees of the Judicial Conference for thorough consideration and prompt action.” (see link above) The Draft Rules ensued. A hearing on the Draft Rules is planned to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday,September 27, 2007, in the U.S. Courthouse at 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY, tentatively in courtroom 8a South. Your attendance is encouraged in view of the importance of determining whether the only rules for disciplining complained-about federal judges, written and to be applied by their own peers, will work any better than the current ones. Under the latter, the judges took disciplinary action against their peers in only 14 cases out of the 7,462 complaints filed in the 10-year period between October 1996 and September 2006, according to the statistics of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (reproduced with links to the originals in the link above) Given that the current rules have been applied so biasedly by federal judges for the protection of their own, it is no wonder that the judges would not want to draw attention to the Draft Rules that simply mirror them. Consequently, they announced their release on only one website and are holding only one single hearing in the whole nation, only from 10:00 a.m. to mid-afternoon, not at the Supreme Court or where the Judicial Conference holds its two annual meetings and the Administrative Office sits, i.e. the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, in Washington, D.C., not even at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New v York City, but rather in a district court courthouse in Brooklyn. As a result, even many members of the media are unaware of this hearing or its importance. (see announcement in the link above). Indeed, through the systematic dismissal of judicial misconduct complaints, judges have misused the mechanism of self-discipline to effectuate in practice the abrogation of a federal statute and the deprivation of the rights conferred by it upon every person. Having exempted themselves from any discipline, they have perpetuated another inherently suspicious record: in the218 years since the adoption of the U.S. Constitution only seven federal judges have been removed from the bench, according to the statistics of the Federal Judicial Center. (see link above) Unchecked judicial power turns into absolute power…has it bred absolute corruption too? That question will be discussed after the hearing by Judicial-Discipline-Reform.org at a press conference where Dr. Richard Cordero, Esq., and other judicial reform advocates will propose to the media to engage in a Watergate-like Follow the money! Please read on! Bring Me the Head of George Walker Bush jb_campbell@yahoo.com Now, I’m a screenwriter so I’m claiming artistic license. It’s possible I just got ripped off by Tommy Lee Jones on a script I wrote for him last year but will have to see the new movie in question. Anyone who’d like to read it only needs to drop me a line and I’ll email it to you. Jones and his merry men at William Morris asked for the screenplay and after three weeks said it was too hot. But they held on to it, I noticed. And invited me to keep sending scripts – with no agent involved. That was very unusual and I thought flattering, but maybe not. I’m just revealing this to show that I am a screenwriter. Steve McQueen intended to play me in a 1975 screenplay about my adventures in Rhodesia but the ubiquitous Jewish termites, led by my lawyer/agent (Sherwin Goldstein) wrecked the project by making my character very unpleasant. They also called the terrorists “freedom fighters,” which caused me to flee to the oil field to make my living. Thus began my Jewish awareness program. You’d think I’d have learned by now, especially after Joel Silver Pictures/Warner Bros. ripped off a 1994 script they asked me to write and made a TV mini-series out of it (“FREEDOM”). My excuse is: Tommy Lee Jones is a Gentile and a polo player – like me! I’m also a Terrorist now, or the new word: insurgent. So this essay will walk the line between art and sedition, as they all do. I’m thinking now that art trumps sedition, as we shall see below. My kids, in their mid-teens, think I’m stuck in the ‘50s. That’s because I like to watch old movies and things such as “Rawhide,” “The Rifleman” and “The Range Rider.” They know that I spent my formative years in the ‘50s, they know I’m a cowboy who can’t hardly believe how great the Hollywood stunt riders were, even if they were pretty tough on horses. And I forbid the watching of R-rated movies. So, maybe I am, in a way. In another way, I’m cutting edge. Have you seen DEATH OF A PRESIDENT? Talk about cutting edge. They kill George Walker Bush on film. A Black American veteran whose son was killed in G.W. Bush’s invasion of Iraq shoots him with a rifle from a high building. The feds know who killed him but they frame a Moslem for the crime, in the best Zionist tradition. Can’t be giving other veterans ideas. They even have Cheney giving Bush’s eulogy, using his actual eulogy for Reagan. Extremely clever and well done. And breathtaking in its audacity and concept. I wrote another one in the early ‘80s, called CONSPIRACY. In it, an oilfield troubleshooter is hired by an independent oil company to try to stop apparent acts of sabotage, committed to prevent the discovery of a major oil deposit in New Mexico. The owner’s daughter persuades him to help her assassinate members of the private group that actually makes the government’s energy policy. I got offered a tremendous amount of money for that one by an independent movie company. They’d already, in Detroit, started filming their first project, starring Lee Marvin, Angie Dickenson and Jonathan Winters. Mine would start filming in Houston next. Then they showed the script to the movie department at Bank of America. He read it and he freaked. He shut down the Detroit project and told them they’d never make movies with BofA money. I pretty much lost interest after that, but I kept writing just because I like to write screenplays. Hollywood is a Jewish racket and they know what they’re doing. Until all the Hollywood Jews are wiped out, things will not improve. So I’m going to sketch out my next screenplay, which I might call, BRING ME THE HEAD OF GEORGE WALKER BUSH. Now that I know you can actually assassinate Bush in a movie and get away with it, I’m going to do it, too. That is, I’m going to have my characters do it. First, I should explore the reasons why my characters might want to assassinate George Walker Bush. The easiest and most logical reason to kill Bush would be revenge, say that of a father for his dead soldier child. But that was just done last year in the aforementioned DEATH OF A PRESIDENT. There really must be thousands of fathers now whose sons (or daughters!) were killed or maimed or lobotomized by Bush’s invasion of the Moslem lands. Untold thousands of foolish American victims, both military and their survivors. If my son – or daughter – had been tricked by 9-11 or some lying recruiter and got killed or destroyed in Bush’s unprovoked aggression against Islam, I’d kill Bush. If they even got some mystery illness from the eleven mystery vaccines they get, I’d kill him. And Cheney. And everyone else I could kill that day or that week or that month. I don’t get why the fathers of the victims aren’t killing Bush and Cheney and the entire high command of the “Defense” Department. Or maybe I do get it. Maybe that’s why my militia idea didn’t work out. Maybe because this is a Christian country. Which is why I hate Christianity worse than I hate Judaism. If it weren’t for Christianity there wouldn’t be any Judaism because all the Jews would be dead. Judaism is protected and exalted by Christianity. Bush, if he isn’t actually a Jew, is a half-assed Christian drunk who lives to transfer American wealth to Israel, the way Harry Hopkins lived to transfer American wealth to Stalin. But the nagging question is why fathers, since at least the time of Vietnam, never took revenge on Lyndon Johnson or Richard Nixon. I can see why Roosevelt and Truman and Eisenhower weren’t gunned down by grief-stricken fathers, because of the excellent Jewish brainwashing by the Hollywood mafia in the Bogart Years, those exciting and glamorous 1940s. The Bogart Years were a wonderful escape from the degradation and humiliation of the Steinbeck Years, which produced impoverished mass-murderers such as Audie Murphy. This reminds me of an unusual movie I saw last month. NIGHT PASSAGE, from 1957, starred Jimmy Stewart and Audie Murphy. The actor and the killer, who became an actor because he’d killed so many Germans. But who actually killed more Germans, Audie Murphy or Jimmy Stewart? Murphy was credited with I think 241 dead Germans. Stewart, however, was a bomber pilot during the war. He flew a B-24 Liberator and dropped many tons of high explosives on German civilians in 20 missions, doubtless slaughtering thousands. Stewart and his flying colleagues were the top war criminals of World War II. Anyone who attacks civilians with weapons of mass destruction is a criminal and bomber pilots are at the top of the tree. Truman and Ike got away with the Korean bloodbath because Hollywood had made killing cool for ten intense years. But Vietnam was different. Killing had been revealed as very un-cool by the 1960s. The legend of the lone Lee Oswald had taken the fun out of killing a president, as well. But if there were ever a couple of lying assholes who should have been shot by vengeful fathers, they were Johnson and Nixon. Today, rather late in life, I’m a father of two kids who are looking at the probability of the new draft. Neither one will register for the draft at eighteen, on my orders, and I will kill anyone who tries to force them to do so. We won’t be going to Ireland or Argentina, although Argentina sounds great. Back to my outline. I hate to give up the father’s revenge angle, but it’s been done. What about a Moslem victim’s revenge? Pretty obvious and so predictable. Yet, why do you suppose no Moslem victim has killed Bush and Cheney? Where are the suicide bombers when you need them? Why haven’t they followed us home from Iraq, considering we’ve already slaughtered over a million of them? One awkward fact will make the Moslem revenge angle a hard-sell: No Moslem has done a damn thing here in the six years since 9-11 and we’re pretty sure that no Moslem was involved in that one, either, except maybe as unwitting agents of the US and Israeli governments. Why do you suppose that is? Is it because Islam is almost as passive and suicidal as Christianity? If not, then why does Israel still exist? Now, in my last screenplay, called PICKUP MAN, the suicide bomber in Iraq is actually a guy whom the contractors order to drive to the police station to get his papers. But they secretly put an IED in the trunk of his car and explode it remotely when he gets there. Right out of the news, of course. Several Iraqi motorists have complained that they were set up just this way and luckily pulled over to inspect their trunks, and then ran screaming away from their lethal loads. After Tommy Lee Jones decided to pass on PICKUP MAN, it was sent to Tom Selleck. The reason for these two guys getting the script is because they’re pretty good horsemen, which is required by the script and its rodeo backdrop. Selleck’s agent actually liked it but she said that Tom would never go for it because he’s a Republican who supports the government. She said that PICKUP MAN is a drastic attack on the government, and he wouldn’t like that. I blame Selleck’s sickness on Bill Clinton, the degenerate sex-maniac who drove millions of normal Americans to the Jewish GOP in sort of a knee-jerk reflex action, sort of a symbolic mass-vomiting. I mean, can you possibly imagine George Walker Bush being elected president if A) he weren’t the son of his CIA father and B) Bill and Hillary Clinton hadn’t just been occupying the White House? Now we learn that our president amuses himself by passing noxious gas just before visitors enter his Oval Office and then watching the discomfort and embarrassment of his victims. I don’t know of any cowboys who are capable of such psychopathic behavior. You find this sort of behavior in mental hospitals and prisons. The outline. We can’t use Dad’s revenge or Moslem revenge. How about labor revenge? How many millions of Americans have lost everything after their jobs were exported by the Bush administration? Clinton’s, too. And Big Bush before that. How come none of these victims, whose families went on welfare, has gone after Bush? Mainly because none of them could afford it. It’s hard to come up with a good rifle and bus fare to DC when you’re on food stamps. It gets hard to concentrate on revenge when you’re trying to score your next meal. This goes a way to explain why there has been no political terrorism in America. First, there’s no inclination. Whether it’s the Christianity or saltpeter or sodium fluoride in our toothpaste, there’s no murderous anger here. There is real terrorism, of course, which we’re not supposed to notice. Illegal Mexicans are murdering Black Americans and White Americans as a matter of policy. The Mexican government is reportedly offering rewards to Mexicans who kill US Border Patrol officers. The Bush gang supports this murdering with its deliberate green-lighting of Mexican invaders across the border. I think there’s an outline emerging here. How about a young guy – no, a young gal – whose family was murdered by Mexican invaders in her little Iowa town? She can’t go after twenty million Mexicans but she can go after the guy who let them all in. This gal can go after George Walker Bush. How could she do this? Well, obviously, she’s really good looking. She might go down to her local GOP office and volunteer as a campaign worker for Bush. But how about this for a hook: All we know in the first act of the screenplay is she is a hard worker in the Davenport GOP office. We think she actually likes him. We don’t know ‘til the second act that she’s planning to kill him first chance she gets. She’s so damn good-looking that the GOP guys all want her and figure as a compromise that she’d look mighty fine on stage with Bush when he comes to Davenport. Let’s say he comes there and she’s up on the stage with him but she loses her nerve or her plans just don’t come off right. She’s so damn good-looking on television that the national GOP notices her and offers her a job in DC. We figure, because of the writer’s tricks, that she’s going to get nailed in the Starbuck’s near the White House, or on her exercise walk through Ft. Marcy Park, or at least bitch-slapped by Jeff Gannon and Karl Rove during a secret visit to Lover Boy upstairs. But she avoids these traps and just keeps getting closer and closer to her prey. Maybe she was a local Fox television personality in Davenport so Dana Perino has her liaise with Bush himself in the smelly Oval Office, because she’s so easy on the eyes. Even though Bush is queer, he likes to schmooze with the beautiful people. Maybe he can embarrass her with his specialty. He tries it. Next time she enters the Oval Office, she’s wearing a gas mask and Bush falls on the floor and nearly faints from uncontrollable laughter. Our gal finally sees her way for revenge: Bush has on his desk a razor-sharp fighting knife presented to him by the Randall Knife Company. She sees it and asks why it’s there? Bush says he likes to open envelopes with it because it reminds him of his time in Vietnam. Looks dangerous, she ventures. Shucks, not in the right hands, he drawls as he passes it to her. She takes it and sticks it right in his throat. Then she gets behind him and quickly saws his head off and, taking it by the hair, places it on his desk, arranging the rest of the corpse in the chair. I’ll have to work on the ending, some outrageous twist that you’d never expect, the way the Hollywood guys do it. DEATH OF A PRESIDENT, while daring and provocative, had no sex appeal and no one you could root for. This one does. The gun goons couldn’t use it because she uses Bush’s own knife. Then there’s Cheney. I think a hunting accident is the best device the screenplay could employ because it’s not a real stretch. Or one of our guys secretly in the Secret Service could have Cheney approach a Free Speech Zone “by mistake.” The guy tells Cheney it’s a bunch of supporters but when a shocked protester sees Cheney coming at them, he jumps up and down, forcing the agent to attack him with his TASER. The agent misses the protester and hits Cheney, blowing the circuit in his Pacemaker. The hunting accident is probably better and more satisfying. His lawyer’s .30-’06 into that snarling mouth would give us a fine last view of the Decider and send a hell of a message to the war lords of Washington. That could help the gun goons but who cares. They need help these days. I kind of miss their whining. But I’ve still got to tie in the title, BRING ME THE HEAD OF GEORGE WALKER BUSH. We’ve got the head actually cut off but now we’ve got to have it brought somewhere. Bush’s sex and power club actually collects people’s heads and puts them on display and uses other people’s skulls in ceremonies. So maybe the top honcho of Skull & BonesJ demands the head be brought to The Tomb, for sentimental reasons, after our gal cuts it off. The new Warren Oates character swipes it from Walter Reed and fights off a number of Mexican hit-men and also gringo killers, just like the Peckinpah original, as he makes his way from DC to New Haven to deliver the head for a billion ameros. I think this works. This essay should qualify as another count in my expanding indictment for Terrorism. So, what is Terrorism? According to our lexicon, it is the forcing of political change by killing some civilians and creating power over the rest of them. It is the first form of mind control. This was first seen in the modern era in France, starting in 1789, but was something that all tyrants use. Guerillas, or insurgents, fight and kill soldiers. Terrorists kill civilians. This was how it was explained to us in Rhodesia as we came to grips with Terrorism. The rats we were fighting were supplied by Red China, Red Russia, Red America, Red Britain and Red Israel. Weapons and ammo were supplied by China, Russia and Israel. All other terrorist necessities, such as money, clothing, boots, medicine, food, booze came from the World Council of Churches. America and Britain supplied the political pressure to surrender. It really took a village. But I think we should have a look at Terrorism, as it is being exploited to shut down dissent, travel and our lives in general, and figure out how to deal with the accusation by our government that we are all potential Terrorists who must be run by Total Information Awareness and the Department of Homeland Security. Terrorism, as it is waved around by Homeland Security, doesn’t exist except as a boogyman scam. I’d think even the dimmest bulb in America would realize by now that there are no Terrorists doing anything against the precious Homeland. There are certainly some Moslem freedom fighters resisting the US holy war against Islam in Iraq and Afghanistan, but that’s it. They’re doing what they’re supposed to be doing – fighting our unprovoked invasion of their world. We should be killing anyone in our government who, in our name, kills or even harms anyone who has done nothing or threatened nothing. Murderers should be killed. But the word “Terrorism” is a code-word for the refusal to give in to Jewish aggression. If you don’t do what the Jews want, you’re a Terrorist. Homeland Security is run by a Jew who can’t even pretend to be a true-blue American. Chertoff is, as is well-known, an Israeli. He hired a couple of Communist Jew refugees from the failed East Germany and Soviet Union to design the internal passport system and the PATRIOT Act. “PATRIOT” stands for “Provide Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism.” But Terrorism isn’t working for them now. For it to work, there has to be some actual Terror going on. The mighty Internet has no doubt wrecked Chertoff’s plans to terrify us into submission, heaping scorn and derision on their Shock and Awe event of 9-11. If 9-11 collapses, their whole Homeland Security enchilada disintegrates, as it is doing. Yes, we hear that something awful may happen in a few days. All I can say is, it had better or they can kiss their Talmudic dreams goodbye. But even if they nuke San Francisco, most people realize that only the US government and Israel could pull it off. I keep getting back to the punishment phase of this massive criminal case. Their crimes are enormous, almost beyond comprehension. Millions dead since 1991, more millions dispossessed and dying of DU dust and broken hearts. Our war criminals must be punished in ways that will impress the rest of the world that we are in charge of our own country and government. I’m not calling for trials in this rotten legal system of theirs. After all, Chertoff is now positioned to replace Gonzales as Attorney General! I am calling for civilian executions of our war criminals. The only ones who can be called Terrorists are the ones who have initiated force against civilians (actually killed them) for political purposes. A person whose parents’ house was bulldozed by an Israeli Army Caterpillar (made in Peoria, sent as a gift from America) who then blows himself up in an Israeli coffeehouse is not a Terrorist – he’s just getting even. A pilot who flies over a city and drops a bomb on it is a Terrorist, along with the president who authorized him to do it and every single person involved in the war crime including the mechanics who serviced the bomber. There is no more heinous crime than war crime. Anyone who commits war crime must be erased from this earth because he is a psychopath (no conscience). If we keep refusing to act against the psychopaths who have seized political power here, we’re doomed. We’re finished as men and our children are doomed because our victims are going to get even. There is no way to avoid this earned retribution other than the swift destruction of the monsters who run our government and a declared new foreign policy of non-aggression.

April 10, 2007 -- WMR has reported in the past on malfeasance involving US Attorney for northern Illinois Patrick Fitzgerald, his vendetta against former Gov. George Ryan, and Fitzgerald's reliance on prosecutors and law enforcement officers in Chicago and Illinois who were fingered by Ryan for prosecutorial and police misconduct, respectively. We have also reported on Fitzgerald's previous dubious conduct in the Southern District of New York in Manhattan involving the prosecution of the 1993 World Trade Center bombers. With that background, we have received this cogent report from a reader in Chicago:

Attorney/philanthropist Peter Palivos has always maintained that federal agents and prosecutors in Chicago framed him after he blew the whistle on Chicago municipal and corporate corruption, but would not tell the story federal prosecutors wanted him to say about former Illinois Governor George Ryan. Palivos told prosecutors both before and after his indictment for conspiracy to obstruct justice, that he had no knowledge of any wrongdoing by George Ryan. George Ryan placed a moratorium on the death penalty in Illinois, saying the system was broken. Court filings by the Palivos defense team show a government frame-up of Peter Palivos created out of whole cloth. The frame-up is proven by the government's own documents.
The sole witness to implicate Palivos in a crime, has complained that the government tricked him with false forensic test results which caused him to testify against Palivos. Actual test results exonerate Palivos.

Now an American former Navy man and defense contractor and his assistant, say they were imprisoned and tortured after supplying information to federal agents in Chicago about weapons deals in Iraq. The AP reports Ronald Vance and Nathan Ertel say they were imprisoned and tortured afterVance became an informant to the FBI in Chicago. Reporting information on municipal and corporate corruption in Chicago, weapons deals in Iraq, and amoratorium on the death penalty in Illinois- haveblown back on Chicago whistleblowers.
Meanwhile, two soccer moms, Melisa Urda and Jean Kaczmarek, supplied detailed documented information on the illegal destruction of November 2004 election records in Chicago suburban DuPage County, to the FBI and the Office of the U.S. Attorney in Chicago. The U.S Attorneys Office is headed by Patrick Fitzgerald. No action was taken by the government. Recently Urda and Kaczmarek issued a follow up report on the November 2006 election in DuPage County. Among the highlights: electronic poll books with voter personal information 'missing.' Also missing on election night, about 80 memory cards containing the results of votes cast. Peter Palivos and George Ryan are appealing their convictions. Vance and Ertel are suing former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. Urda and Kaczmarek say no law enforcement official in county, state or the federal government has taken action against officials who destroyed the election records from the November 2004 election in DuPage County, Illinois.
